Ordered this for the clean ingredients but like others have stated this produces quite a bit of burps and they have a fishy taste. Still would recommend though as this is the only multivitamin I have found with good, transparent ingredients.

I’ve been using Ritual for about seven months, and it worked well for me at the time. When I was doing little to no physical activity, this vitamin was a great. It was easy to take, and was gentle on my stomach. I loved that I could take it without food and not have any stomach aches. The mint taste was good too. However, now that I’ve started doing more physical activities and working out more, I feel like this it doesn’t quite meet my needs. My recovery times are slower, and I think I’m missing some key nutrients to support my more active lifestyle. While Ritual is great for covering my bare minimums, I’ll be switching to a more potent multivitamin. Overall, it’s a solid choice for people who need a simple, gentle vitamin, but it could fall short for athletes or people who are more active. ... show more

For those who blindly accept the marketing claims of a company and consumer product on faith, this might be a good enough product. For those of us who like to read details such as the percentage of recommended daily allowance provided in each category, or the source of materials, etc., these vitamins are frustratingly difficult to assess. They come in a clear bottle with white letters, making it virtually impossible to read without putting something dark in the background, such as a colored sheet of paper inside the bottle. Then they wrap the text around half the bottle so that you have to turn the bottle as you read each line to find out what percentage of a recommended daily allowance is provided by each ingredient. For this reason, even the Amazon product description page was not able to zoom in on the container to show these values, they would’ve had to stitch together two images from both sides of the bottle. If this container of vitamins had an easy to read table with high contrast text showing the nutrient categories they cover and those that they don’t, I might have given this a five star review. I tried! I read reviews where purchasers had issues with the taste and smell but thought they were overreacting. I've tried this product for only a few days but can't any longer. The smell and taste are not to my liking. It reminds me a little of fish oil and stays with you for a while. If you're good with fish oil, this may be the vitamin for you. Unfortunately, I'm unable to receive a refund for the purchase. Since I've only taken them a few days, I cannot comment on results. UPDATE: The seller read my review and offered a full refund with an apology. Great customer service!! Changed from 1 star to 3 stars. ... show more

This multivitamin contains the best sourced vitamins within it. If you look it even contains trademarked versions. It has a nice minty flavor too it as well. I can tell this company cares about their customer because of their transparency but also because my second order of them they sent me two as sort of a thank you I guess? Absolutely incredible.
