Bought memory foam for my new running or walking shoes with current insoles doesn't have better support for my feet. It's thin but flexible. Don't wear it on a daily use, it might last longer & didn't want to spend more money for better bland.

    • Learn from my mistake - do not trim!

I had purchased these for a specific pair of shoes (ballet flats) and when I received the insoles, they were too wide. So, I trimmed them. This was a wrong move. While they fit from a width perspective, I cut them too short. They slide up and down now. They are comfortable, though. This is a huge plus! I imagine that if I had not trimmed them and placed them in a different shoe, I would have a different experience. But my experience is my fault - not the product's fault. ... show more

I used these for about 3 months, in shoes that I typically wear twice a week. They're wearing through the spandex in the higher pressure areas and degrading the foam. A pity as they were rather comfortable and very affordable.

The original insoles of my beloved hey dudes were peeling. Took a chance on these as replacements. These are thicker and softer than the originals and have transformed the shoes to be even more comfy. Liked them so much that I spent another $10 to replace the insoles of my other pair of hey dudes.

For basic foam inserts, these were fine. They are not for athletic shoes and do not have a molded arch, but they were cushioned enough to keep my cheap flats from hurting my feet.
