This bike is rock solid tough, and is easily the best all-around E-Bike you can get for your money! This is my 6th E-Bike and I love it. It's fast, comfortable, easy to assemble, and charges quick. I have not had any issues with loose petals or parts not working, everything worked perfect out-of-the box! The top speed my bike goes is 28 MPH. Takes it awhile to get there, but tops out and stays at 28. The headlight is super bright. The battery is average. I took it on a 16 mile ride and it used a little less than half the battery. So I'm comfortable saying it will go 28-32 miles before requiring a recharge. The only downside, is there is no place to put many add on accessories like a rack or bag. I was able to add 1 more light, & a phone holder to the handlebars (pictured) and a JBL Flip5 to the frame. (Visible in photo). The bike is built strong, reminds me of the quality of a Swiss Army Knife - seriously! Great bike, highly recommend. I may get another one! ... show more

Some problems. Keep the Allen wrench handy, things keep loosening on the bike. Don't get the saddle bags, they aren't made for the bike, and there is no easy way to attach them.

My kickstand hardware was too small for the holes for the kickstand and my bags were not sent to me either as the upgrade - shame too bc they have such good reviews

Well we used our bike for the first time on the carriage roads in the Acadia National Park in Maine. 25 miles and no issues. Bike worked great so far. Excellent ride, better than our other e-bike. The only issue I have is it could use more storage for supply's.
