I have been looking at the e bikes for a little while. Looking at Amazon I noticed this one was pretty highly rated, and the price seemed to go be true. I unboxed it this afternoon charged up the battery put it together, which was extremely easy, everything fit together perfectly and the packing was amazing. I took it out for a break and run on some really hilly terrain tonight, and it was impressive! Definitely performs, feels, and looks like a bike costing three times as much. I’m extremely impressed so far. I went 20 miles and the battery never went down one bar. I was using some pedal assist, but that was still impressive not to move the needle on the battery. Another thing that surprised me is how easy it was to pedal it just like a normal bike and how well it would coast. Lastly, I was looking for something that would fold up and keep in my SUV and this fit the bill. The only negative is that the little stick on battery indicator cover on the top of battery flew off on the first ride, but I will see if I can get them to send me another one If anything’s like the first day, this is going to be a lot of fun and a great purchase. ... show more

I recently purchased the NARRAK Fat Tire Folding Electric Bike, and I’m beyond impressed with its performance and quality. From the moment I unpacked it, I could tell that this bike was built with attention to detail and durability in mind AND was VERY easy to assemble. I loved the sleek and stylish design. One of the standout features is the removable battery, which offers plenty of power for long rides. I’ve taken it on multiple trips, and the battery life holds up remarkably well. Even on hilly terrain, the 1100W peak brushless motor delivers incredible power and speed, allowing me to hit up to 28 mph effortlessly. It’s perfect for commuting, weekend adventures, or just getting out and exploring. The fat tires and suspension system make for a smooth and stable ride, even over rough or uneven surfaces. I did Alot of looking around before choosing this bike, and I am so glad I chose this one! It is beautiful for one but it is also built extremely well. I easily finished the assembly out of the box with no issues, the user manual was easy to follow and the settings are easy to adjust and customize it to you. I can easily get 30 miles to a single charge even with using the throttle for most of it and a mix of stop and go and different terrains. I use this bike to commute back and forth to work 5 miles both ways to Drs appointments everything! It's very easy to ride and really fun as well! I 10/10 recommend this bike, my only minor complaint is that you have to take the seat stem out completely to remove the battery. A mild nuisance, it would be better to have the seat that flips up for battery removal but that's an easy upgrade I plan to do soon! ... show more

The only issue I had was the bracket to the battery was loose and needed tightened. Otherwise, I love the size, ease or riding and comfort. I have a bad leg and its perfect for when the leg gets tired or starts to hurt.

This is my first e-bike and it's been so fun to ride. My boyfriend has a Lectric e-bike and my Narrak, despite being $300 cheaper, has more power, a bigger seat and larger tires which all make for a smoother ride. The disc brakes on this bike can be quite squeaky if you're doing a lot of hills due to its overall weight so I got a de-squeak brake spray that solves the issue really well. My only qualm is that the power indicator isn't super accurate so you want to make sure it's fully charged. Yesterday I went on a short ride with 50% battery and within ten minutes the battery went completely dead even though the display showed 2 bars left. I rode it a lot the day before so I don't think it was a battery problem, just that the accuracy of the display isn't something to live and die by. Love the brake light and head light. Love the step-through. It's a really easy and fun bike to ride whether it's your first e-bike or a more experienced rider. ... show more

I ordered two of these, one for me and one for my wife. Both came promptly and in good condition save one issue, the LCD screen on my wife's bike was damaged in transit. I contacted the seller and they immediately sent me a new screen. It was easy to replaceand now I have two perfect bikes. Assembly of the bikes were easy out of the box. The batteries came fully charged and after inflating the tires to the proper pressure we were off. The bike is easy to operate and even though I haven't ridden a bike in over twenty years, this thing is a joy to use. The fat tires make the bike all terrain. This bike feels sturdy! I weigh over 250 lbs and not once have I felt like I'm too much for this bike. The ability to fold this bike makes it easy to transport without the need to fit your car or SUV with a hitch-rack. Beware, this bike is heavy! So even though you can fit it in a trunk, depending on your strength, you may need another person to help you lift it out. All in all, a great bike for the price.
