  • Super Comfortable
Size: Medium
My wife had been using the masks with the rubber seal on them for the first year or so after starting to use her CPAP machine, before I came across the F20 masks with the foam cushioning on them. The $10 price difference is well worth the cost.

  • Just Like My Store
Size: Medium
This is the exact same thing that I get from my med supply store using my insurance. However I have a $1000 deductible and this is much faster, cheaper and I don’t have to deal with customer service. Just click and buy. I wear a bipap with VERY high pressures. The F20 is definitely the mask for me and I started with the silicone shell/insert. I have oily skin and between that and my pressures, I never made it more than 3-4hrs without having to wash my face and clean the shield again. When I found this one I was instantly intrigued but had doubts as to how a piece of foam would seal. It worked the very first time all night long. No waking to wash my face and mask. I use the cleaning wipes to clean mine. They’re fast and effective. According to the booklet it comes with it has a 28 day life. So you change it for a new one monthly basically. I have found that the tighter it is on my nose the faster the foam tears there. That is generally what happens when it’s time to replace it for me or it gets harder and harder to seal. I can always tell when it’s getting close to time for a new one. The foam splits right where it lays on the bridge of your nose. I DO NOT change mine automatically every 28 days. Sometimes I might get 30-40 days out of it but sometimes it’ll tear before 28 days. I CANNOT sleep without my bipap. So I usually buy 2 at a time and then always have a backup. It has been useful. It also says in the book not to soak the foam when cleaning it. I’m not usually a Manual Reader but I was trying to find a lifespan thus the info I just shared. If you’re like me and it’s not lasting a full 28 days, are you getting the foam wet or soaked at all? It causes the foam to break down sooner would be my guess as to why they discourage submerging it or running water on it in the manual. Even some of my wipes especially towards the end of the container will be so soaked compared to when it’s full that I actually have to squeeze the excess out before using it. I don’t find the cost to be that high. In fact ordering here is what $22 each and if I order thru my med supply store and insurance is charged the cost is $40+ and then I still pay part of that due to my high deductible. So much more worth it to do it here and bypass all that nonsense. Just FYI my pressures are 27/24. I know saying high doesn’t really help much as it’s not comparable to your actual numbers. Last thing I’ll say is on whether it leaves marks like the silicone versions and the answer is Yes. It was slightly less but still left marks. My straps do to but again with the higher pressures, I have to wear it pretty tight. It’s a minuscule price to pay for a night of sleep that doesn’t have me waking up multiple times an hour suffocating. Also, they go away even faster if I apply a cold wash cloth to my face for a couple mins after waking up. Hopefully this info will help you out. Good Luck on your sleep journeys. **Evidently the “Standard” size is a Medium. Dunno why they can’t just say that and save us all time looking for a Medium. Now you know. ... show more

  • Prices Fluctuate - Buy in Bulk when < $30
Size: Medium
Pro's - Excellent seal. Better than the silicon versions, especially when you have facial hair growth beyond 2mm. - Comfortable fit - the cushion molds to your face instead of the other way around. - Good sleep nights. I've been monitoring myself on my newer ResMed with the app and the memory foam does make a difference vs. the silicon. Con's - If strapped on too tightly, the part that touches the bridge of your nose can start to break down and will eventually split. - Can't really clean it - oils will seep into the memory foam, so make sure to clean your face with a baby wipe before each use. Stains from drooling (yea, it happens) will also give the mask a scent after a certain amount of time. - Can be expensive. The prices on them fluctuate like meme stocks, especially during this pandemic. I recall them being around $25 last year, so buy at least one extra mask if you can to have as a spare for when the one you're using fails, and they WILL fail. - Memory foam isn't a long-term solution unless it's a pillow. Anyone thinking it's a long-term solution for a face mask is expecting too much from the product. My only tip in using this is not to tighten the mask such that it smashes into your face. Adjust your straps so that the mask makes the initial seal and fits comfortably - not too tight and not too loose. This will allow it to mold to your face better and the create a good seal. Personally, I find that I can't do without them. Some people might think differently relative to their income and needs, but I'm more than willing to put up with the expense so my wife and I can sleep 'soundly' (read as: soundless). ... show more

  • Best I’ve had so far, but still room for improvement
Size: Medium
The Resmed F20 seems to be the best full mask I have had thus far in the 15 yrs I’ve been using a CPAP. The cushion seems to have the best seal when compared to others I have tried. However, the problem I am having is I’m between a medium size and a small. So when I use a medium size, I get leakage around the upper nose area, but when I use a small, it tends to slip to where there is leakage around the lower lip. Wish they made a S/M size, although I now that is not very common for CPAP masks (I only ever had one and that was in a nasal mask). ... show more

  • Excellent quality
Size: Medium
These seals are the same ones I would receive through my Medical Supply Store near me. These are cheaper than going through my insurance.

  • Comfy and "looser" than previous
Size: Medium
I have bought these before and t works as expected although this one for whatever reason feels "floppier" for lack of terms. The surrounding cushion is softer than the ones before. They come in a sealed container and assume they are from the same manufacturer... perhaps this one is just a fluke. Still works fine just have to tighten the straps a tad. ... show more
