  • Interesting that colors are offered but they all come with the Scooter
One of the best scooters on the market. Stable, easy to assemble and disassemble, great looking with lots of accessory choices.

  • Quiet, comfortable, affordable and worth the money!
It arrives in a BIG box on a wooden pallet by semi truck. Driver was very professional and courteous, I unboxed it, brought each part inside and assembled it in my living room. I was impressed by the quality of this mobility scooter. The motor is very quiet and powerful! The panels of color are a bit of a challenge to change-careful with your fingernails! It comes in red, I changed them to blue, my favorite color🙂 The manual gives instructions and each step must be followed. The headlight switch is a black rocker switch under the tiller control panel where the on key switch is located.pretty difficult to see if your optically challenged like me. Also there is a cover that you flip to expose the charging port. This scooter has lights! I ordered the 20” seat which was $100 extra but worth it! Very comfortable! I can’t wait to test it out at the mall of America! ... show more

  • nice scooter
Have the 20 inch wide seat. Makes a big difference if one is somewhat big. Leg room too tight the way it came, so I moved the seat back one inch - made quite a difference in comfort and ease of getting my big feet onto the scooter. Also increased the seat height one inch, making it much easier to get on and off. The reason for just four stars is the seat, at first, could not be pulled up from the scooter. Fit was just too tight. Took about 90 minutes of prying and yanking before it came off. Put WD40 on the seat post and the inside of the seat pipe on the scooter. Now comes off easily. Note: it took a long time for batteries to charge. I bought the remote battery holder so I can charge the batteries while they are not on the scooter (scooter 'lives' in the back of the car, broken down into pieces). I found one does not need to put a foot on the 'ears' of the holder to remove the batteries - they come right out. My driveway is somewhat steep, but the EX has no problem. Also, it negotiated rolled curbs fine also, but one must not stop part way up (just keep it moving and it goes right up - down is no problem at all). I have noticed it slows a little on hills/inclines, but that is probably because of my weight. It does fit in the back of my Outback, with the security/privacy shade in place and closed. Took a few tries to figure out where each piece must be placed. I still have full use of my back seat for people even with the scooter onboard. I walk with a cane and cannot lift the heavy piece into the car directly. Instead, I stand the piece on end, with the two front wheels resting on the rear bumper. Then I pick up the end on the ground and the whole thing just rolls right in. Overall, very pleased. Hopefully, with time, the seat will not require WD40 on the post for removal. ... show more

  • Sucks
Having to break my back pushing around the cart with crappie brand new Duracell batteries that I just bought but will not take a cart 1/4 mile on full charge and the old batteries that will go 3/4 miles on full charge on a mile and 1/2 trip each day. This sucks nuts! Shame on abusing the old because you'll can! ... show more

  • Great if you have some mobility.
So far this machine is great. I have used it at Busch Gardens and Other attractions. Very easy to disassemble and reassemble at site (less than 5 mins)
