I have a Secret Labs Titan chair that I had bought from a friend. The arm rests had sustained substantial "gamer rage" and weren't functional at all. After a while the arm rests completely fell off. Being that I wasn't the original purchaser of the chair, the company would not send replacements. I started a search and came across these replacement arms and thought I'd give them a shot. They had good reviews, so I thought, "Why not?". Once I received them, I was pleasantly surprised at the quality and sturdiness of the arm rests. I was a bit worried that they may not fit properly, but once again, I was pleasantly surprised! They fit perfectly, and even had room for adjustments. There are 5 attachment holes that go to whatever chair you would be using. 4 corner holes and one in the middle. I assume that is for chairs that only have 3 attachment screws. MAKE SURE TO SAVE THE EXISTING SCREWS YOU ALREADY HAVE AS THESE ARMS DO NOT COME WITH THEM. Plus it would be difficult for the company to know exactly what size hardware to send since all chairs are not created equal. Overall, I am very impressed with these replacement arm rests! They have all the functions that the Secret Lab arm rests had. The only thing that I may do in the future is get some padding. The arm rests are nice, but could be more comfortable. Came packed great ans secure. The holes were a little off from the originals that I needed to replace but barely, and was still able to work it out. Great quality and worked perfectly. Very easy to install, took 10 mins!

I have an AKRACING Core EX chair that’s roughly 8 years old. The chair has been great and is in excellent shape with the exception of the arm rests. I looked for factory replacements, but AK Racing doesn’t sell them anymore, they want you to pay $400+ and just replace the entire chair which is in excellent shape. I ordered these instead, and for the price, I am highly impressed. They’re actually slightly better than the original, took minutes to install and now the chair looks new again. I was very happy to find these, saved me the money of replacing an otherwise perfectly good chair. They feel very comfortable, and look great. Strongly recommended. ... show more

The comfort of these are decent for what you pay compared to what comes with most chairs. The only con I'd say how there is no lock for the swivel option, which is annoying. When you put pressure on the armrests they will immediately swivel and reject your elbow to the ground, haha. It kinda stinks to that respect, but otherwise it's solid. Installation is pretty straight forward IF you get lucky. When I received mine I installed it effortlessly, at least for the first one. The second armrest's holes weren't drilled straight so one screw no matter how many times I tried would NOT screw in. So, what I did is just use the plate from my old armrest and screw it into that one. Once I did that it went in rather smoothly. If I could because of the swivel issue id give it 3.5 stars (since it's pretty annoying), but I felt it was too much of a downgrade so I kept it at 4 stars. ... show more

I'm actually very pleased with these arm rests. I got this sracer chair and was really unhappy with the arm rests that came with it, they were too low (couldn't be my desk hight without my chair piston all the way up), non adjustable and quite small. These replacements exceeded my expectations in every category. Not only are they adjustable, larger, and the perfect size but they are COMFORTABLE. definitely worth the price. 6/5 ... show more

    • The missing arm rests for my Ikea office chair!

After using an Ikea armless swivel chair for several years, I finally looked underneath and discovered bolt holes for arm rests. Ikea itself does not offer an arm rest. After searching various websites, I found these on Amazon, pretty popular and well rated, so I decided to take a chance. The arm rests come ready to assemble, which was easy. But they don't come with the bolts to affix to any particular chair, so I visited the local hardware store and found the correct one. The arm rest has two bolt holes, but they don't quite match the holes on the Ikea chair. I affixed them using only one bolt each, and I stand ready to drill a second hole, but it has not been necessary so far. Just use a decent friction washer and bolt them on securely, then it's game time. These arm rests work pretty well. They slide forward and back, out and in, up and down, and also swivel. Actually they tend to swivel out when I lean over too far, but it doesn't bother me; it's easy to bump them back into forward position. If you have an office chair that is missing its arms for some reason, this is an excellent accessory to address the problem. Highly recommended. ... show more

I didn’t even have to remove the arm plate. Simply unbolted the arm shaft from the plate, using the included Alan Wrench, but the replacement on, and was even able to reuse DX Racer’s bolts. Took less than ten minutes!
