Style: 100Ah Battery
I use this when I go camping. I am working on building a set up inside my car, but I got a good deal on this battery, so I bought it before my set up was complete. I do like it so far. It is heavy AF thought. I know they make new lighter batteries, but I've been told too many horror stories of them exploding so I opt for this one. It seemed safer. I've been using it off and on for a few months now and I have not had any issues. Holds a great charge, works well, and charges well off the solar panel on the roof. I've used it with an inverter to run small tools while working on my car, which is great! I am debating on a second one, but as I said, they are pretty heavy. ... show more

  • Fits in my Goal Zero Yeti 1250
Style: 100Ah Battery
I inherited an older model Goal Zero Yeti 1250 Portable Power Station with a dead original battery. Specs on their website said this Renogy would fit. The Renogy was about 30 dollars more than an equivalent battery, but had Prime shipping and the other one didn’t (and a two week lead time to receive). I didn’t want to wait to be into November and the battery arrived on time, well backed in a cardboard box with padded foam. Battery comes with a pack of bolts and washers in the event you need them for your application. If you are upgrading a Yeti, presuming it is similar sized to a Model 1250, then this will fit, but it is tight, I believe due to the rope/plastic handles. (See pic.) It may be a tad wider than the battery that was in it originally, but I took the battery out a while ago. I don’t recall such a tight fit as with the Renogy, but I could be wrong. Regardless, it takes some time to get it set in the unit right and a modest push or two to get it down all the way. Battery came half charged so I suspect it was sitting for a while, but I plugged the Yeti into the wall and it was charged up 100% within a few hours. I’ll use it a bit this weekend and recharge it to see how it handles a mild load, but it seems to be fine battery for the price. ... show more

  • Good solar battery
Style: 100Ah Battery
This is a good solar battery. Has charged & held charge well. Kind of heavy but lead-acid works & charges better outside in the cold. We gave it attached to 100 watt solar panel & run a electric fence energizer & a wifi extender off the battery. Works well, charges well, even in cold & wet snow!

  • Warranty was honored
Style: 100Ah Battery
I bought two of these batteries for my RV. Both batteries were not working correctly after about six months. When I contacted the company, I was a bit confused by their list of the information which was required to get warranty service. But I kept working with their staff, via their message board on their website, and eventually I collected the documentation they needed (including photos of the serial numbers, photos of a Snap On expensive battery tester at a licensed battery center/showing that the batteries were not working (the battery service center were very reluctant to do the test as they didn't want to be involved with any battery bought on the internet), a description of how the battery was used (see the online pdf for this company's handbook)-including temperatures, etc. Once they felt they had the information they needed, they quickly shipped two replacement batteries. I was relieved and grateful for the company’s help. ... show more

  • Crap
Style: 100Ah Battery
I took 2 of my sons camping for a week in the Texas heat. We were going to be fine because I brought fans, an air cooler, Renogy solar panel, and even got a brand new Renogy battery. When I opened the battery box, I immediately checked the charge. It was at 80%, but I wasn’t worried due to shipping times. I set up my charger and disconnected it once the charger finished. We left the next day for our adventure. Upon arriving at our campsite, we unpacked the car and got the tent ready. We left for about an hour to get groceries. I immediately started setting up our solar system. Everything was connected and ready to go. When I tested the battery, it was at 76% charge. I was worried because it was 103 outside. The solar panel began charging the battery, so we went for a swim in the lake. While making dinner, I checked the bluetooth sensor and the battery had gone down to 63%. I called Renogy and got no response. I chatted with Amazon and was given a partial refund, but was told to keep contacting Renogy. When I finally reached the Renogy technician, he was condescending and useless. He said to unhook the inverter to see if the battery would get to full charge. I did for another day, but it still kept going down. I called again and was told to send purchase documentation. I did and he said since I ordered it through Amazon and not directly from Renogy, he couldn’t do anything about it. What upset me the most now is that I recently bought non branded lithium batteries for cheaper and they came fully charged. It stayed above 93% with the same load I had on the Renogy battery. ... show more

  • Great quality AGM battery
Style: 100Ah Battery
Excellent battery so far and a little more affordable than others. Build quality seems good, and the discharge performance is also what I expected. I have 4 of these total for UPS and sump pump use.
