This little monster truck is awesome! It's so easy to use, even for beginners. The remote control has a 2.4 GHz frequency with a great connection. You don't have to waste time learning how to operate it, you can just jump right in and have a blast. This truck can handle any challenge you throw at it. It can drive over rocks, gravel, mud, and just about anything else you can think of. It has a 4WD system and special tires that give it stability and grip. It's also very sturdy and durable, so you don't have to worry about damaging it on rough terrain. The media could not be loaded. This toy was very easy to assemble. You take it out of the box, put the battery in, and it’s ready to go. The monster truck can drive on grass and dirt perfectly and have me no problems. This toy came with 2 rechargeable battery’s and 2 AA batteries For the controller. For how inexpensive this toy is, it was very much worth my money and would be an amazing Christmas gift for any kid that enjoys these types of toys. I bought this for my 5 year old grandson. He enjoys bigger toys than a usual child his age and this was perfect. It is really fast for a small car and goes across our yard with leaves and uneven ground easily. It also runs great across our gravel driveway. I would recommend this for 5 and up. This car is fast, durable, and a lot of fun to drive! The box says that it is made for ages 8+, which is true, but it's also a lot of fun for old guys like me! I really like that it comes with two rechargeable battery packs, so that you can be driving on one battery while you are recharging the other. With four-wheel drive on tires with aggressive tread, functional shock absorbers & sway bars, and a jacked up body, it handles rough terrain very well. The style is also attractive -- black panels with white and aqua letters is a solid look, and the four LED lights mounted on the roof make it easily visible at night. So, I was a bit skeptical at first...but, this monster truck IS actually off road and can handle any terrain. Not only does it come with TWO batteries for the truck, they are rechargeable! It also came with batteries for the controller...which, by the way, is by far the best controller for an RC car/truck that I've ever seen. It makes it SO easy to control. It only took my 6 year old about 1 minute to learn how to drive this thing. It has headlights, which will make it that much more fun at night. One tiny piece of advice though, when you're connecting the battery underneath the truck...make sure you put it back in the EXAXTLY the way it was. All in all, this was a 10 out of 10 purchase. Fun for the entire family. Oh and one last thing. We recieved the truck in the mail 4 days ago...my son has played with it for several hours everyday and the battery is STILL going! 5 ☆s for durability too because he has put this thing through the ringer and it's still functioning like the first day. ... show more

This car is FAST! It handles easily and does well both on and off-road. The battery is long-lasting. My kids loved that it has working lights! It’s for ages 8 and up but my 3-year-old also enjoys playing with it. It’s a great value, as ne is well -made.
