This is the second time I’ve purchased this straightener. I don’t always straighten my hair but my last one lasted me at least 8 years and i was over the moon when I saw they still sell it. I’ve owned multiple straighteners The Chi being one of them and this one has outlived a 100$ hair straightener plus it’s not as heavy and shuts off on its own after a certain time of no activity which I appreciate! Also the price it should be more expensive in my opinion, either way I’ll always come back to this one cause it never pulls out hair and it come out sleek every time, plus never takes long to heat up. I don’t straighten my hair often so I got this cheap one to use very occasionally. I think its probably frying my hair a little compared to higher end straighteners but if you use a protective spray you’ll end up ok! Doesn’t make my hair any softer and I do notice a little frizz but nothing major. Great for throwing in a bag to travel. Adjustable temp is nice, I keep mine around 300.
