I'll start by saying I like this straightener. It's a good product, it's pretty and a solid brand. I like the plates as they're sleek and rounded a little so it doesn't catch your hair like cheaper brands do. It heats up in like 30 seconds or less. I like that the on off switch is inside so you're not constantly turning it off accidentally. I have thick hair so high temp is important to me and this one says it goes to almost 400 so that's nice too, not as high as some but definitely sufficient. The biggest con to me is no heat adjustment. The product photos even show "multiple presets for all hair types" but there is no adjustment anywhere. So if you have fine hair or don't use high heat this isn't the best. ... show more

I barely used this product that had the brand name and the button stopped staying on. If I wanted to use it I would have to hold the button down but that made it very inconvenient.

I don’t like that this straightener doesn’t have heat settings. This can be extremely damaging to your hair.

This straightener reminds me of the very first straighteners that came out, that wouldn't get very hot and barley straightened your hair. Leaves your hair poofy and staticky.
