Was looking for a simple way to mount the Apple TV on the back of our tv. This mount worked perfectly and even came with an additional insert in case you have a different model. Adhesive is great. No interference with turning the tv on and off. Easy recommendation.

I gave a 4 rating because I believe this would be a nice mount for someone with the right device. This review is to save those with an older model, time & money. If your device looks like mine in these photos, this mount may not work for you. The remote holder is too big. The apple device fits loosely in the mount without the insert and the insert was too small. I want to return only because for me it's about the right fit. ... show more

I have bought two of these mounts for my TVs and I really like them. I installed them on the back of my wall mounted TVs utilizing the adhesive backing. It keeps everything tidy and I don't have to have my Apple TV on a shelf. Simple design but works well.

I bought 2 of these for my parents who own a 4-year old AppleTV 4K and a brand new 2023 model. The newer model is thinner and required use of the extra spacer included with this product. One was installed on the wall with the AppleTV facing down (cables coming out of the top and behind the TV). The other was installed with the AppleTV facing forward, but upside down (on the underside of a cabinet to keep it out of the way of things sitting beneath it). Both installed within 10 minutes. The screws are a bit long (about 1") so I used a substitute for the cabinet, whose shelves were only about half an inch thick. The plastic material is solid and shines with a nice gloss, mirroring the sheen on the AppleTV itself. The spacer slides firmly into place and can be added or removed if you place a different model AppleTV in it later. The screws only mount the main sleeve, so the spacer can slide in and out without removing the mount. The spacer holds firmly though, so it won't fall out easily. Overall, the construction is clean, sharp and smooth. It's more sturdy than it needs to be, but with cables coming out of the back, you may have some stress pulling against it. I have purchased similar mounts before and this is the best I have seen so far. ... show more
