For weeks, I was searching for the perfect gold dramatic drapes! I was going for a certain look, but with a certain budget. I hit the jackpot when I came across these at $25! the drapes are thin, but seeing as I don’t get a lot of sun at this window, it was fine by me. I bought two pairs because 1) one pair wouldn’t cover the whole window, and 2) I wanted three panel look. It came in a vacuum sealed package, so it was wrinkled, so I iron them. I set my iron on a low/med heat and placed a cotton flat sheet top of the curtains, no steam. It probably took me 1.5 hrs at most. The gold color is very nice, matches the gold accents in my dining room. I’m planning on buying my own holdbacks with the needles because I don’t really know how I’m supposed to use the ones they came with, and they don’t really do with the vision I have. ... show more
