The nails are super easy to do and turn out just as good as if you were to get them done professionally. The cuticle tools are very helpful too and it even comes with a file, buffer, and instructions. However, I didn’t realize the dip powders are so small. All 6 could fit in one hand. BUT, it takes very very little powder to finish a full set so it actually makes it better and easy to travel with. This kit is a steal for the price! The powders are small, 10g each, but with use every 2 weeks, it will last a long time. It is super easy to use, just follow the directions! Base, dip, base, dip, activator, file, BUFF, BUFF, BUFF, top coat. If they are still rough when you apply the top coat there will be some slight variation in the color result so smooth those babies out! I removed my first color after about 12 days using regular non-acetone nail polish remover. After about a 5-10 min soak (use foil or nail clips, also available on amazon), it was pretty easy to chip it off using the cuticle pusher thats in this kit. Great kit, all of the tools are perfect. The colors are super cute and comes with easy to follow instructions. My only flaw is that the powder cups & liquid base, activator, and top coat are extremely small. I am missing two of the colors. It say it should have 6 colors and when I opened the package there were only 4 inside. I was really looking forward to the blue color and it is one of the ones that is missing

So I've bee. Going through this nail phase. I've had rhis a couple of weeks and think I have the process down. They were popping or peeling off pretty easily but the colors are nice and if done gently and correctly require little filing. I find 2 coats to be good 3 gives it that thicker feel to the nail. I've used the flat spatula looking tool to compress once applied after step 1 before applying atep 2 the activator which seems to be keeping the nail together longer. The initial process took about 1 and a half hrs but I've definantey cut that to 30 to 45minutes. Overall if you have the time and willingness its a good process. Well first time was a disaster. Tip, make sure you do not get it on the cuticles or sides of the nail. Be precise when painting step 1. Secondly, no matter how many times I’ve used it the top coat is horrible. Take forever to dry and is not that shiny. I use The kit as instructed but now I use a regular Too coat on them that I bought For Renault nail polishes. It hardens, stays shiny- otherwise I’d ditch the whole the thing. In credit to the product and process, every time I do it I get Better and results come out nicer. Have lots of time, don’t be rushed. And really prep your nails and file them good once your done dipping. Keep the dip light and two coast to avoid a thick mess. ... show more
