Nail polish chips within a couple hours. This powder dip last this redneck girl 7 days! (And 9 of my finger nails are holding strong lol) Also last my 13 year old 7 days. Definitely worth the money and dries faster than nail polish! So my patience is better with it.

Very impressed so far with this set. As you can see by the photo I had 3 nails on each hand that needed to be fixed from a nail set I had done 4 weeks ago! So I left the grown out non chipped nails, peeled the chipped ones and tried this set! Wow! It takes a learning curve for sure but far easier and quicker than my at home gel set and it feels better knowing I’m not using that light and risking my health as frequently! These feel like they’ll last as well and I’m so excited to keep using this set to do my nails and get better as I practice more. I’ll come back and review after I see how long it lasts! Only complaint is having to pour the powder in the applicator dish and back out… you can waste a lot if not careful! ... show more

I tried the AZUREBEAUTY Dip Powder in Clear, hoping for an easy way to strengthen my nail tips at home, but I was a bit disappointed with the quality. The powder feels very fine, which made it tricky to apply evenly, and it built up quickly, leaving my nails looking bulky. While this might work well for someone more experienced with dip powder, I found it challenging to get the result I wanted, and honestly, a trip to the salon would have been simpler. I love that you don't need a nail dryer to use these dips. I love using the dips because it's very similar to going to the salon and getting a dip. It makes my nails stronger and the dip lasts a long time, lasts longer than gel in my opinion. It can get lumpy so you just need to file it down before you put the top coat on. I really like this set and I will be getting more colors. This has been on for 2 weeks and only one nail has a slight chip. Very impressed. ... show more

This kit is a great bargain if you are testing out dip for the first time! I finally decided to dip my toes, so to speak, in dip manicures over gel. There is definitely a learning curve here, but I saw a huge difference in my first and second applications. Part of that being due to switching to use of the full sized bottles (and therefore, full sized brushes) of the Azure base/top and activator. The bottles and brush applicators supplied in this kit are tiny and I found that they don’t allow for very even distribution or clean lines around the cuticle. I’ve included photos of the difference, but I’m sure that the second time turned out miraculously better due to practice, better filing, and definitely better brush applicators. I’ve also included what I’ve learned to be the best practice for coat application so as not to flood the cuticles and end up with thick as heck nails that are more likely to lift. Great little kit, will definitely be buying the full sized Azure products! ... show more
