Okay so this is my first time ever trying dip powder. First, I do enjoy the ease of use and the variety of colors you get in this set. The steps are pretty straight forward. I think I need practice on how to get thinner layers because my first set here feels really thick and heavy. Maybe it's just because I'm not use to it. Overall I think I did okay for my first try. I just recently discovered dip powder after reading some comments on YouTube. I decided to give it a try and ordered this because it was economical and had good reviews. I watched several YouTube tutorials to try to get the best application. It just came in the mail earlier today and I have only Used it on my daughters nails. I give it 5 stars for my expectations, but I do not know how it is compared to other brands. The only con I can think of is the size of the powders May make it difficult to dip longer nails. Was turned onto dip polish from a coworker. This is a good starter kit that contains everything you need. Didn’t give 5 stars only because colors in picture are not a true match to actual. Except for pink, all others are much lighter and pastel.

I really want to like this product. I was super excited about being able to save money and do my nails myself at home. I will say they are surprisingly easy to do. They just don't hold up. I've tried a few different times and different colors but they just crack and chip off after a day. They aren't any better than regular polish. ... show more

I hate wearing fake nails, but my nails are thin and break or chip easily. I have gained an obsession to Colorstreet nails because I love having pretty, painted nails but hated wasting all that precious time painting, drying etc. just have it messed up the next day at work. A friend of mine became a CS Stylist and the rest is history. lol However, my nails always seemed to break right before I was going to do my nails, so I came across this a couple of weeks and decided, why not? It's worth a try. It was super easy to do, instructions were easy to follow. I had them done in less than 10 minutes because everything dried quickly. They aren't perfect since it was my first time doing it and I didn't have help, but I think I did pretty good. I used white since I was planning on putting on CS nails anyway. It definitely made my nails much stronger, and that was what I was looking for. The dip powder will last a long time; it came with 6 jars and after I dipped all my nails twice, it didn't look like I'd used any at all. The base coat, activator and top coat will probably need to be replaced much sooner, but it looks like it will all still last a long time. Very happy with my purchase and will buy again. ***Unfortunately, I have to update my review. I also added some new pictures. I work at a job that isn't an office job, so my nails take a beating, I suppose. Never really noticed as much when it's my true natural nails. I had them on less than a week, and one broke yesterday, so I decided to go ahead and take them all off and redo them. Well, my nails underneath had started peeling. Just like what happens with regular fake nails, so I'm glad that I took them off today and noticed. I also noticed that it was lifting at the base of my nails; due to having a hands on job, I'm sure, and the fact that I wash my hands all the freaking time due to what's going on in the world at this moment. So water was also getting under there and was causing the peeling as well. Unfortunately, because of all of this, I won't be using this anymore. I'll just try to find some nail strengthening polish and hope for the best. I kept the review at 3 stars, because it is a great and easy to use product, I just can't use it any more due to these issues. ... show more

I loved the product. Very easy to use and I loved the colors. The first time I tried it, it was a little difficult but the second time it was way easier. The kit comes with everything you need. Be sure to not brush off powder too soon. I did that and the powder has stuck to the brush. Loved the beige color, the glitters and the white. The pink was not what I expected. The price was great and the products were worth it. I will definitely buy more products/powders in future. The color in the picture is rose gold, two layers. I tried one finger with only one layer and it looked my rose gold, not so dark. ... show more

Does this last like going to the salon? No But does it crack off and keep my nails healthy? YES This kit definitely isn’t high quality, but you get everything you need. I would recommend for a starter. This is my first time using and this kit made it super simple. Yeah the polish didn’t last nearly as long as it would if I would have gone to the salon, but I ain’t mad at it - as it easily comes off my nail without having to fill it down or ripping my top layer. So nice to have to change colors frequently without damaging my nails :) ... show more
