Honestly, cut to size, pull off sticky back, and place in window, and you are done. 4 min install. Also it diffuses the light and not blocks it out. Works well in arch windows However it is sometimes too light and can fall outward, found it helpful to put some clear double stick tape on the window frame and cut this to where it barely fit so it had some tack to stay up.

Perfect fit for my window. It was easy to cut to the proper size. I wish it blocked more light, but I bought it knowing that it was described as "light filtering". The instructions show how to tell if your window is a standard semi-circle or not and it includes how to measure and cut for both types.

This is cool stuff I liked it. I bought one first and bought three again after. It arrived with three individually packed blinds. Although the blinds itself can take the bad shipping, the plastic anchor cannot and they are broken as the picture shown. I need the two plastic anchors asap. Hope that you can pack them better to prevent further shipping damages. ... show more

My WFH is set up looking out of a window with an arch up top and at certain times of the day the sun just blazes in. Looked at custom blinds and all and could not justify the $100s to make that happen and stumbled on this and man--best $30 I ever spent. So simple. Directions are straight forward. And even trimming the shade to the proper fit was easy and done with a kitchen knife. The only tool you need is that knife, your hands and maybe a step stool to reach the sill. ... show more

Worked like a charm. This window brings in a ton of sunlight, which is wonderful, but it’s HOT. We needed a shade to help reduce the heat in the dining room and this one was perfect. Our arched window is pretty big, I wanna say between 68 or 70 inches long. We only had to cut the shade by a few inches to make it fit and install was easy. There were two of us to help set it up so it might be easier with a set of extra hands. The folds would sometimes look askew and crumpled after fanning it out but we found out that shaking it a few times and pinching the folds reverted them back to normal. Our windowsill even after a good clean isn’t the best surface to stick to. We were able to get the right side stuck down but the left was a bit harder. We kept the left unstuck so we can open and close the blinds when needed but I saw someone on here used Velcro command strips. The weight of the blind keeps the left side down naturally. Love it!
