I was so hopeful when I received this yesterday and out off the box the charging function did not work. I then contacted Amazon who shipped me a replacement over night. It's now installed and working. There were some bad reviews that have merit. One, no matter how tight I make the screws it's still not secure. I secured the bar with a small black zip ties. Now it's exactly where I want it to be and it's secure. The second was the battery. I replaced the low grade battery from China with higher end JESSY 18650 batteries bought from Amazon. I don't know for sure but I am hopeful these new batteries will have greater performance and duration. I'm give this fixes a week and update this review. ... show more

    • The cover for the charging light is very hard to put back if it comes out. Otherwise works good
The round gromets or washers that hold the brackets in place are more hard plastic than rubber like all other products that attach to a bike's handle bar seems very brittle but it did the job. Also the cover for the charging light came off and I could not put back on so I had to leave it off and hope that water does not get in. Besides that, the extender mounted well and works pretty well, although I've only had it for a few days. I will post an update if it stops working or breaks easy. ... show more

I was so excited to get this from what I can see it's well made just one problem can't get it securely tight on bars it comes with inserts to adjust the space where it wraps around handle bars if the screws were a little longer I could use the rubber thick inserts but can't so I've tried the thinner then a combo of half thick half thin it's doesn't securely tighten around handle bars ..... So know what?.... I can't believe this something like this has to cause a problem, I'm disabled and no car so returning items isn't as easy as hopping in car and driving to USPS.... What a headache over something so easily avoided 🫤 ... show more

    • Poor design
After installing this product I am left to believe that the folks who designed this product probably doesn't ride bikes, nor do they use their own product. The installation was difficult as the bolt holes have to line up absolutely perfectly when installing the brackets to the handle bars. Given the rubber spacers that will be needed for the installation this is actually a difficult task. When using the spacers, it ofsets the alignment just enough where the holes don't line up. Then, to install the exten bar, you can only install one bracket, then the bar, then the 2nd bracket. Again, very frustrating. After the install I realized that in order to remove the extend bar, you need to remove the whole thing from (brackets and all) the bike. You will need to remove it if you want to charge the battery, because they only give you a 6in charging cable. I said "eff it". I packed it back up and returned it. Not enough space on your handlebars this is a great solution, this is solid and well made and it has the battery bank built in for charging your phone or light. Nice setup.

    • Battery life was garbage!
It was not easy to install on my E-Bike but I got it on there using different spacers. The battery does not last at all but thankfully it takes 18650's so I have spares and it's pretty nice to have a power bank there for my phone and with my two insanly bright headlights (Goreit flashlights).

This is a very high-quality product although it wouldn’t fit my bike and I had to settle for a subpar product. I really wish you would’ve worked for me. I am almost sorry. I didn’t just put some electrical tape around my handlebars because the one I have now was two dollars less and crappy.
