We were nervous due to some reviews and have been able to debunk most. Box arrived had a torn side corner but no damages to the contents, not even a scratch! I do not recommend using the included tool kit for assembly. This is a product that will vibrate a lot due to the type of engine so tighten accordingly with appropriate tools and often. Took less than an hour to assemble. The tank decal has a protective film that fuel will lift but not the graphic itself. Unlike a "POWER WHEEL" type toy this is a machine that requires maintenance before use as well as periodically as stated in the manual. Leaking Fuel while storing, keeping the choke closed and letting it idle for a few minutes every few days helps prevent this. Also recommend VP synthetic 2 cycle additive. His bike does start on 1-2 pulls and runs great! This is a single cylinder engine, most of the heat comes from the cylinder. A heat shield would be nice, but this can be prevented by foot positioning on the pegs. Recommend a slight toe out position and wear jeans. My son has not had this issue. This is a rigid frame, road use bike. Using the bike off road or to do stunts will damage the fenders(hard plastic) and/or frame (tubular steal) Our battery came flat, they replaced it free of charge & took 3 days to arrive. Still Satisfied with the purchase and am considering a second one in pink for our daughter. two complaints, proper adjustment screws are not on the carb, but no biggie and the heat shield for the ankle mentioned above. ... show more

Bought 2of these for Christmas after the 1st ride on it the pull start on 1of them broke. Within 2 more rides the 2nd one broke. I sent them both back and still have not received my refund

My step daughter loves it. We've had no problem with it yet. Just make sure your bolts are tight. We use premium gas and synthetic two stroke oil. It's kind of loud but that's okay.

Got it delivered and my kid opened it for their birthday and several pieces were missing I asked for a refund and they continue to just ask me more questions about what’s missing. The inside of the gas tank is rusted out and there were no instructions in the box…… they are cheaply made and I would not ever recommend getting one. ... show more
