It's made well and better than expected as far as the parts to the press. We aren't new to this world and know the ins and outs of heat presses. I did the first burn off outside, with cup, and then let it heat up again, with cup, and started doing testing with temp gun to ensure even heat and also do any calibration if needed etc. This should be done by everyone for any heat press. The heat distribution was very uneven, even after closing with a tumbler. I'm ok with a press needing calibration but uneven heat is a no go and the Temps weren't up to where they should have been so calibrating and/or adjusting temp settings was no help here. HOWEVER, I decided instead of just returning, to contact customer support to see if they would help. To my surprise, they were amazing. Quick responses (at night due to time difference) and were happy to help us resolve the issue. I originally purchased this heat press in Oct 2022. Within a week or two of owning it, there was a bubble in the pad and I had to return it for a new one. That, honestly, should have been the first red flag. I've had this particular press for over a year (November 2022) and, as you can see, I have only pressed a total of 60 times. I never got big into making tumblers, only a few for friends and family. I turned it on tonight to press a couple of glass cups for a friend and as it heated up, the pad started to peel. To say that I am disappointed is an understatement. I am outside of my return window, so there is absolutely nothing that I can do about it. Purchase with caution. ... show more

Love how easy it is to use this tumbler press. The colors come out so vibrant and the size is perfect. The heating is good but can be inconsistent so I’d recommend a heat gun to check the temps. Good value for cost

Good for sublimate tumblers, fast process, good results. The downside: is so hard to close it, even loosing the screws. Also the smells when I am sublimating a tumbler is very noticeable, a stranger smell of iron and plastic etc. but it does work 👍🏼

with any press there is a learning curve. You will ruin some cups to get the right temp and times. I love using this for mugs mostly, 20oz and 30oz tumblers fit and do press great as well.

    • I’ll stick to my oven
The media could not be loaded. So the reason I’m giving it 3 stars instead of 4 is because there’s settings on here (ex. P-08) that the manual doesn’t explain AT ALL. This is my first time using one of these so I think most of my issues were because of my inexperience with press machines but I’ve already ruined 3 tumblers trying to figure this thing out and I’m not trying to ruin anymore. We all know tumblers are far too expensive to be used trying to figure a machine out. My main issue tho, is that it stopped working within an hour of using but the manual says not to exceed 2 hours. It also said that it needs to rest for 10-20 min but it’s been half an hour and it’s still hot and still not turning on. At this point, I’m just going to stick to my oven but I’m sure if it’s something you’re experienced with, it could be good if it actually turns on cause I do love the idea and I love the color. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. This was my original review; I do not know what is wrong with the machine but it seems the heating element and the temperature reading display are not working correctly. UPDATE: However, despite the issue I had with the original shipment. I will say the seller handled the situation with swift action, great customer service, immediate and timely response. Initially I was upset that the machine was given issues, but the way the matter was handled goes above and beyond my expectations. I understand there may be issues as things may be shifted around and damaged during shipping, things happen... but I am 1000% grateful how the issue was handled.
