This is the first braided line I've used. I got the green camo because I figured it was somewhat neutral and would cover pretty much most water conditions. I got the 30lb test for salmon fishing in Alaska. It was thin and super tough. I had a hard time cutting it when I was stringing my reels. My guess is 30 lb test will handle a lot more weight. It was easy to put on the reels, but keep a lot of tension on the line to keep it tight on the reel as it will have the tendency to birds nest if it's loose. I saw that on YouTube and it made sense. I'll update this after my trip. I plan on doing some practice casting before I go to get the feel of the line. ... show more

Pulled in a lot of good fish on this line, I left a couple picture for example, with no issue from the line, smooth when reeling even with a large fish on! Bought the 500yds 15lb spool and plan to soon order the same in the 1000yds. Great line hold knots amazing also which unfortunately means tangles are difficult to get out, definitely teaching you patience. All in all great line! 5 starts! ... show more
