I'm impressed. It is better than some of the more expensive brands. I put it on three 5000 sized reels and have used the rods heavily all summer for catching bluefish, large ribbon fish, black drum, red drum and other heavy fish as well as lighter ones like well like spots and whiting. The line is very durable without weak spots and much smoother. No noise when reeling in. I'll buy more next time ----------- original review---------- I've only just started using this line on multiple reels so I don't know about durability yet. What I do notice is how much smoother the line is, and how much less noise it makes when reeling in, than other major brands I have bought previously. ... show more

This line is pretty nice IMO. Held knots , didn't shred when dragged over (under) railings /pylons and cast quite well. By no means am I an avid fishermen, just a few days a month. I fish primarily from shore along the inner coastal areas around Tampa. The camo color vanishes in the water which makes it hard to see , proved to be a negative for me . Still, nice line . Well this line is so strong my 12 foot penn surf rod broke in half and i still have yet to snap this line. I had my ugly stick 9 footer bent in half getting a snag out off of a pier and it still held up.
