Arrived 11 days late due to not being shipped out until 2weeks after I ordered it. I was refunded shipping costs, (the box also arrived ripped in half so could be packaged better but I’m sure most of it was UPS’s fault). The bracelets were missing but I wasn’t going to use those anyways. I ordered the gold bag I thought the bag gloves that came with it were supposed to match but they were silver now the ones I ordered my son don’t match. The D rings are rusted due to the coating being cracked and falling off. The bag seams to be fine, stitching looks good and the maya hid leather is in great shape. ... show more

I bought this to replace my heavy bag. I thought I would give the kit a try. The bag is great! Heavy duty and has a great feel. The kit is for a teenager or a female. The gloves, wraps, grip and jump rope are all made for a smaller person, completely unusable for a guy that is 6' and 210lbs. Recommend the Bag, skip the kit for adults. ... show more

Overall - great quality, exactly as advertised and came with a bunch of extras Quality - external covering seems to be very high quality Size - 5ft bag is nice and long for low and med kicks; the diameter was a bit smaller than I expected but no issues and still works as expected Equipment (for hanging) - the bundle came with several different types of equipment if you want to hang the bag from ceiling joists (most common way) or from the wall (L-shaped hanging bracket) as well as anchor attachment to the bottom of the bag if you want less swing. Weight - bag came filled at around 20-22kg (20-50lbs); it's recommended to have a bag around 1/2 of your weight so that its heavy enough but also so that its not too heavy. After a couple weeks of punching and kicking, I added some more shredded cloth to increase the weight. I'll probably be adding a bit more over the next few months as well. Each punch/kick should 'settle' the cloth a little more and tighten it over the course of use. Overall, very happy with the purchase of this bag. The quality is excellent and the price is on the more affordable end. I would also HIGHLY recommend that you purchase a spring to reduce vibration to the rest of the house (you can find springs at HomeDepot for $4-15). I hooked my bag up to the steel i-beam in the basement with an i-beam clamp from Grainger (~$11) but you can find i-beam clamps at various retailers for less than $20. Good luck and have fun training - this is an awesome workout equipment for a home gym! ... show more
