He always sucks in too much air with the Dr. brown’s pacifiers (& they fall out of his mouth), he looves the Philips Soothies but they also fall out of his mouth. Upon receiving these, I was a little nervous because the nipple part is a tiny bit smaller and thinner that the Soothie, but he took right to the pacifier and was even able to keep it in his mouth! My newborn accepted this pacifier, the nipple is soft, fits well in her mouth, but the outer part of the pacifier is really thick doesn’t help the pacifier to stay in the mouth for a newborn, i.e has a heavy weight for a newborn, its easy to clean . Also make loud noise while baby is suckling it. Could be better for some infants but you cant avoid the noisy sound and the thick outer part ... show more
