We're very happy with this patio set. It came in two shipments, which arrived a couple of days apart. I contacted the seller because I was concerned that I didn't receive the entire shipment together. They responded immediately with all the pertinent shipping/tracking info. They were very nice and assured me that the 2nd shipment was on the way and should arrive within a day or two, which it did. It took a while to put it together (one person, just under an hour), but the directions were clear, all of the parts were included, plus extra screws and other small hardware pieces. Once it was fully assembled, it looks exactly like the picture, is very comfortable, the cushions are not too soft where you sink in, but have a nice sturdiness to them. The fabric, being waterproof, has a bit of a plastic or nylon kind of feel rather than the linen kind of feel that I think is more typical, but that is just a minor unexpected feature, yet still worth mentioning so you are aware. Personally, it's not enough for me to knock off any stars, it is, after all, waterproof. I also greatly appreciate that a cover is included for each piece, the couch, ottoman and table. I can't speak yet of how well this set will hold up through time, but for all the pieces you get for this price, for the initial apparent quality of the set and with my experience with the one correspondence I had with this company, I'm very pleased with this purchase.     • Great Sectional/Ottoman for the price
This set seems pretty sturdy. The 4" cushions are comfortable! The entire thing went together fairly easy with just myself. The feet levelers really do come in handy on an uneven surface. Be sure to inventory and lay out your parts and go through the assembly before actually assembling as the directions require strategic deciphering. Added bonus was the inclusion of a ratchet hex drive wrench. I recommend using a drill or electric driver with hex bits to initially get the screws in and save frustration. Only gripe, hence 4 stars, is that there were a few spots where the wicker was mis-woven (not a big deal). Also, of the plethora of screws, 3 of the inserts spun making tightening impossible (a dab of super glue fixed it) other than that it is a great value and recommend it. ... show more

This is comfortable, sturdy and hopefully long lasting set. It comes with a cover to protect from rain, love that. It looks great and is just the right size for our small patio. I highly recommend. We will see how it wears as time goes on. I do have other lawn furniture that is the PVC rattan and it has held up well for 3 years. So I am expecting this to do the same. Very pleased with my purchase. Beware, it did take my husband (he is very handy) 31/2 to put everything together. I read another review about them using their drill. It’s a time saver! Probably would have taken several more hours and ALOT of sweating and torn knuckles using the piddly Allen wrench included! I got a Hex set also on Amazon. I have put together several other furniture pieces without it. Trust me! Use a drill. The table assembly was a bit challenging, 2 screws would not completely fit but it didn’t affect the integrity of it. The ottoman went together in minutes. The sofa took me 2 hours though I had to take frequent breaks due to my old back. I’m a 64 YO woman who is quite handy and I was able to do it myself. Like the instructions say do not tighten until it is all put together. This may be how some are having issues with holes not lining up. Overall I’m very pleased. It’s a bit bigger than I thought, but I bought this mainly because I wanted the thicker cushions. They are 4”. The cushions fit snugly on the sofa so they really don’t slide around as I’ve read elsewhere. I would have paid $10 extra to have the cushion covers already put on. That was the biggest pain lol. Finally. They said delivery would be Feb. 1-5. I got one box on the 30th and the other on the 31st. It’s a nice piece for the price. ... show more

I read a lot of reviews for patio furniture sets on Amazon before deciding on this one ... primarily because most buyers said it was pretty easy to put together. It was! Assembly does take some time, but screw holes matched up, and the finished product looks great. All the tools were included, along with some extra hardware. The hardest part is getting the foam cushions inside the covers! Appreciate that it comes with water-resistant sheets to fit over the sofa, ottoman and storage table. Very nice patio set! Somewhat easy to assemble, just takes time. Took me about 3 hours to assemble. Only thing I have a gripe about is the ottoman cushion slides around (thinking about putting velcro strips on ottoman and cushion) so it stays in place. The cover is nice but it is 3 separate pieces. Thinking about purchasing a different cover (more heavy duty) and so it fits L-shaped so I don’t have to separate the ottoman and couch. ... show more

I bought this for my deck and it is perfect! It was fairly easy to put together. It took two of us about 2 hours. I had read other reviews to not tighten the screws as you go. That made it easier. The cushions seem very durable. Our dog jumps up on it and walks all over it with no issue. They’re nice and waterproof too, although we don’t leave them out when not in use. It’s a nice size for three people. It is heavy enough to withstand a few very windy storms, but light enough to move around. We are very happy. ... show more
