If I could give it a 0 star I would. Tried with different top coats. Base coat and no base coat just to see if it would not dull and nothing works. Before curing it looks really nice and shiny and after the cure it dulls and turns flat and ugly color. DO NOT BUY! Update: make sure the lamp is curing right for 2 or 3 minutes then add top coat. Just what I was looking for. I got this yesterday and used it. It is pure chrome and looks like liquid gold NOT GLITTERY. I absolutely love it. When you top coat it, that is when the chrome is even more intensified and really comes to life. I will buy again!!!
