Excellent device. Prior to this I had a Rand Mcnally TND 70 tablet. The tablet would glitch and freeze and eventually it stopped working. I had insurance on it but since they didn't make the TND 70 assurion issued a E gift card for Amazon. This TND 750 is a great tool. It's been fairly accurate. I like the upgraded map software, it's user friendly and has useful features. If your a trucker looking for a GPS I highly recommend the TND 750. I like how the most recent update you can check your ETA for either the current leg ( if doing multiple stops) or entire trip as well as the remaining time for both. ... show more

We were excited to purchase this GPS because Rand McNalley makes trucker maps. Well, we are so disappointed….. it’s map screen is smaller than the size, it gives us the inappropriate directions for semi trucks, the only options is fastest or shortest routes, it cuts off every day around 6pm on its own, it doesn’t tell you the exit until you are on top of it(we’ve had to turn around a several times & the next exit), it doesn’t update the roads often or it doesn’t show new roads. If your truck driver, do not buy this to try. It’s a waste of money. We couldn’t even return it since we’ve been OTR & could not find a UPS Store to return before expiration date to return. I drive bus and tried to use this, it took me from a 6 hour run to a 10 1/2 run. Screen is great, verbal directions great but I can't figure out the settings to make the run more streamlined.

It is horribly inaccurate on the hazmat side, and seems to want to hit every red light in the area on non hazmat. Settings dont seem to solve this problem. I set for quickest route and it gives longest most illogical routes. For 340 dollars, it should de dead on. My maps are up to date yet the maps supplied are dead wrong. If I have to route myself, then this gps is a waste of money. I do not have a better suggestion, but I definitely do not suggest this one. I am sure there is better for less available.
