My husband uses this while he drives a semi. He uses it because he thinks Randy McNally knows everything. It does have side roads and the interstate and even when he's in BFE he can find roads to get him to where he needs to be cuz a lot of times when he deliver stuff they're not on the main roads not even on the side roads they're on the little bitty curvy roads. It’s a good size, not too big, but not too small. It comes with a rubber strap around it so it takes less impact damage from the truck bouncing around. The routes I get aren’t always the best option, but that’s why I also have the Garmin Dezl next to it in my truck. While they both work great, there’s no reason to rely on one only, when both have areas that they are lacking. So far I find the truck routes it gives me are quite accurate. *Edit 1* Working out quite nicely. I am working on a dedicated account and delivering to stores. When I put in the store address I can pick the specific store and save it to my bookmarks list which then allows me to search for the store number when I need to go back to the same store. The only thing I wish it would do would be to allow me to select the truck entrance to the location I’m heading to, I also wish it would update my route for traffic conditions, but my Garmin GPS does both of those things. ... show more

by far not as good as Garmin OTR810, i purchased this as back up and curiosity... only works with iOS, all addresses type manually, app wont sent address to unit, impossible to register, no BT connection with android phone or iOS, and this just the problems i get after box opening, i have to test it on the road... but as it right now my expectations very low... also no tech support and no info on the web. so so disappointed, for $450 they have to do better... 30000 miles update: as side unit it's awesome, it works grate with wifi, weather, diesel prices... it's like Robin to Batman... working perfect in the pair with Garmin. ... show more

Nice display but this unit cant find the correct routes, and the map spins too much and is irritating. Too expensive, not reliable and made my route DANGEROUS b/c I was fiddling and farting around with it so much to try and get it to work. There's ZERO customer service. I have written and called for 2 months and got no communication back. Also, screen wont work with polarized sunglasses in the portrait orientation. I don’t like the navigation it’s poorly done sometimes when you have a split ramp it doesn’t give great directions on which lane you need to take until last second when you almost miss it. The way you input addresses is awkward and sometimes I had to lookup gps coordinates for location because the street didn’t come up in the search for it. I went with the larger option on tablet size because of the additional features they advertised such as the Eld…. But you have to have purchase additional accessories to use it. It works, it’s not idiot proof if you don’t have common sense it might send you down a difficult route. All in all im satisfied with it but id get a cheaper option with basic features next time. Its just an overpriced android tablet with mediocre truck maps and routing installed. The only feature that i really like is you can hotspot it to your phone and update over wifi anytime or connect to free WiFi without needing another device to update it. ... show more
