Despite the product's name, it doesn't boot your PC. Checking the CD after I managed to boot the computer, it only had one executable that I located for a memory test. I tried to run it, but didn't see any results. It didn't even try to fix anything.

It works well and has some fun stuff on it but it is worth noting that this disk will not reinstall windows for you that would be a different product.

    • Total waste of money!
The disc came with almost no instructions, just a sentence on the disc to boot from the CD drive. None of the programs on the disc have instructions, and the programs are all OLD shareware or freeware. Total waste of money. Maybe if your problem is very minor this might help, but for anything more you will waste a lot of time and be very frustrated. I should have believed the reviews: It's GARBAGE. ... show more

    • Calm down, you can always get a refund.
I recently bought a 20 year old Graphtec vinyl plotter and was losing hope when my Windows 10 laptop kept giving me the "Power surge on USB" error. I read that this was a problem specific to Windows 10 and remembered I had an old dead Windows 7 laptop that was stuck in a boot cycle. I had this laptop in a drawer for more than 5 years and tried everything outside of taking it to one of those Geek companies. It was up and running after 30 minutes with this disk! Keep in mind that in order to boot from this disk you need to WAIT and be patient. In my first attempt, I gave up and restarted, but not before reading a review that said booting could take a while. Once Windows finally boots up, it'll look very basic with no icons or any of your personalized stuff, then there will either be a icon on a desktop to run, or on the c drive (honestly I forgot what I actually did).
