We have 4 grandchildren. They all are enjoying this swing when they come to visit. It holds a lot of weight, so an adult and a child can swing together. The carabiner clips and metal rings seem quite sturdy. It was easy to hang on our existing swingset. We currently have it swinging back and forth, but it could be easily changed to twirl.     • Fun swing for everyone!
I received the swing a few weeks ago, but wanted to wait to write my review until the weather warmed up enough for us to try it out. The swing seems to be constructed of very durable materials and the box included all of the necessary parts to hang the swing (straps, clips, etc.). We have a 'ninja course' type slackline between 2 trees in our yard, so we were able to hang it from there with the included hooks. Once hung on our tree, my 122 lb son & my 50 lb granddaughter were able to fit on it together with room to spare. I believe the sitting area is large enough to fit several kids at once very comfortably. The kids had tons of fun spinning and swinging around on this swing for hours. I can't speak to the durability yet as it's only been up for a few days, but I'll update my review once we've had it up for a few months. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. We used to have a smaller red saucer swing my kids missed, so I bought this 40" one as a replacement. It feels sturdier than the one we bought from the local playground store. We'll see how it holds up. However, I knocked off a star because we chose to use it with the swivel clip and the clip doesn't actually swivel. Even turning it with noone on the swing is very hard to do because it's metal on metal. I shared a photo of what happens when we attempted to spin my 70lb son. The top strap just twisted around and around and then untwisted to spin in the opposite direction. Also, as you can see or rather hear in the video... The strap is SO NOISY. Like annoyingly noisy even with the pad the instructions say to put under the strap. I'm hopeful it gets better over time. Also, the instructions say the weight limit is 150kgs (about 330lbs), which is substantially less than advertised. Not an issue for my kids, but if you are buying it because the pictures and title falsely advertised 1000lbs, that may be important information. ... show more

Clipped to an existing ratchet strap we have running between trees. Easy to assemble if you read the directions. My 8 yr old assisted and got the first ride! We've had about 400 lbs on it so far and no problem. Is comfortable to sit on and dries quickly after the rain. Kids run for this instead of their tablets after school. ... show more

My young grandkids loved the swing, but the seam ripped out and shredded the first time they used it. I bought colored duct tape but it wouldn't stay due to the humidity. So, unfortunately, I did have to return it.
