This combined with a Top-To-Bottom complete rebuild process and its high quality construction allows it to come with a 5-year limited motor warranty, and 2-year limited Bumper-to-Bumper warranty. The Rebuild Process includes: Complete sanitation of entire unit and any reconditioned items included and replacement of any worn parts. I have had a Rainbow Vacuum Cleaner for as long as I can remember, it was such a powerful cleaner. But the parts eventually started breaking and so I ordered the Rainbow SE PN2 Vacuum Cleaner. While the PN2 is a refurbished vacuum cleaner, it runs wonderfully. It is as awesome as my original Rainbow plus it came with a 5YR Warranty.     • Very disappointed with the refurbished product
The machine is already really really old and wobbly it's a rebuilt and the plugs would not stay plugged in for the vacuum cleaner parts so that the bristles would work when you're using it it vibrates out and will not stay connected so you're constantly messing with the cord and I owned a rainbow back in the day and I absolutely loved it I was very disappointed and I just could not afford to send it back and they didn't offer to pay for it to be sent back and I actually talk to somebody via email and they just said they weren't thieves but they didn't offer any suggestion outside of sending it back and they would read new or honor the vacuum I can't afford it I'm on a fixed income but in general the rainbow vacuum cleaners are the best vacuums I think on the market I would not necessarily tell someone to buy a refurbished one if the quality is the same as this one it's the same machine I had back in 1990 something unless you go to the dealership where you can try it out a refurbished one and know that everything is in working order ... show more

I used to be a part of the Rainbow family and I have had mine since the early 1980s. It finally went but I could not afford a new one and wanted one like I had. I know this product inside and out. I was not happy with the suction AT ALL, so I returned it. The company was great with how fast they got back to me. So I DO NOT have a problem at all with the seller, just with the unit itself. Started out when when I’m packed but the vacuum head doesn’t hold up when lifted and have to replace the main motor already after 3 years while the one we bought on the 90s is still running fine……. Just need to do a better job rebuilding these awesome Vacuums
