This works great, but beware of the power. I read the reviews and was expecting it but it was still more than I expected. Let's just say "Clean up on aisle 1" happened the first time I used it. I fully intend to find a way to have a cover when I use this going forward. I'm hoping a paper plate with a hole for the blender to go through will be sufficient. It did make some amazingly creamy mashed cauliflower, though. ... show more
