Definitely easy to put together. Do not think this will work with anything other than a bmx bike, which is what we are using it for. Could be sturdier as if there is the slightest shirt it can easily tip. If the bottom was weighted a bit better would be improved

The bolts are cheaply made , threads have problems and some need filing so they start into the nut correctly. I didn't realize these stands were plastic, why make junk ? I may have to screw wood to the bottom of them. I bought 5 but wish it was one one.

I thought this would work for my son's Mongoose brand BMX style bike that doesn't have a kick stand. We wanted something that would make parking it in the garage more convenient. While the tire fits in just fine width-wise, the side supports are too high, such that when we park it in, the bolts on the sides of the wheels are what prop it up instead of the wheel. That might be confusing, so look at the pictures to see what I mean. The stand itself was super easy to put together and is very sturdy and feels like very high quality plastic. It works well enough that we're keeping it, but it's definitely not meant for kids bikes despite the description saying that it's for smaller bikes. This thing is so lightweight my whole bike just tips over. Doesn't matter front or rear wheel, the weight of the stand is so minimal the whole thing topples.
