I bought this freezer to store my dogs frozen fresh food in. It arrived in a timely manner, but the box had oil on it from the shipping. I set up the freezer and it didn’t work properly, it had been damaged by the shipping. I contacted the seller and they were awesome, I sent them pictures of the box and freezer, and they promptly offered me a refund or a replacement. I took the replacement, they sent it out immediately, I checked the box and everything looked good, set up the freezer, waited until the next day, plugged it in and it works beautifully. This is a wonderful little freezer, gets really, really cold. The only thing I don't like about it so far is that it is not Frost free. The frost is now building up to the point where I have got to get out a scraper because the storage space is diminished due to the frost!

It freezes very fast when at full power. The door is not reversible (unless you drill some holes in it and are prepared to finagle it to work that way). The handle is weak plastic and feels like it might eventually break off with use. Giving 4 star just because the door isn’t reversible. Otherwise it is as expected. The product was fine. The Seller is fine. It was to big for what area we needed to put it in... We had to return it. It is Amazon that is the problem. I am a prime member and still get the run-around UPS picked it up on Monday. It is sitting in a warehouse in Kentucky but I still haven't gotten a refund. I talked to an Amazon Rep. and he said it would take 7 days to 2 wks for my money back. After they received the item. They have it. I tried to give the rep. the tracking number from UPS but he was not interested. So if you buy this and have to return it , Know that Amazon is going to give you the run-around and you will have to fight for your money. ... show more
