The product was fine. The Seller is fine. It was to big for what area we needed to put it in... We had to return it. It is Amazon that is the problem. I am a prime member and still get the run-around UPS picked it up on Monday. It is sitting in a warehouse in Kentucky but I still haven't gotten a refund. I talked to an Amazon Rep. and he said it would take 7 days to 2 wks for my money back. After they received the item. They have it. I tried to give the rep. the tracking number from UPS but he was not interested. So if you buy this and have to return it , Know that Amazon is going to give you the run-around and you will have to fight for your money. ... show more

I needed a tiny fridge in our bedroom for ice packs at night after working on our property (did you know Amazon sells them for your hands?!). This little freezer is just perfect for this. Now granted it doesn’t hold much but it does have 2 shelves. The gel ice packs get frozen enough for my needs and the freezer cooled down in just a few hours. The best part, which I didn’t even think about, is it’s sound barely noticeable. I have extremely sensitive hearing with a little tinnitus and this freezer is hardly audible! Our only issue was that we didn't receive screws for the handle. A handle is not required for opening. I contacted selles and are supposed to credit back almost $20 for us to get the screws. I have always had the cheat type freezer but always have food on the bottom that never gets touch because it goes unseen. For the most part, this freezer fixes that issue. ... show more
