There was a little damage to the top mantel piece. It was hidden and did not affect the the overall stability or functionality. It had to have happened before packing in a box as there was not any damage/indications on the box or foam/styrafoam packing materials. It warms up our bedroom, 200+sf, nicely. It looks great. One person could put this together but two would make it easier. Electric fireplace insert was shipped by FedEx and the mantel was shipped by UPS. This caused confusion because both shipments were not listed on Amazon tracking until after we sent a message to the vendor. Also UPS took three days longer to deliver from the same location as FedEx. Had a little issue with the remote. It did not want to work with the recommended 2025 battery included. Battery was good. I put a 2032 battery in it, which is same voltage and diameter just a bit thicker, everything works fine now. Overall very pleased with this purchase and would highly recommend it. ... show more

This unit is as shown. We have it in our enclosed patio room. It looks great; a good size, fitting a flat screen on the mantle and the faux stonework matches well with the stucco walls. Flame is pleasing, heat is good. Fan makes a little noise.

The media could not be loaded. We love this fireplace! It compliments the style of our home. Assembly wasn't bad, but I'd recommend having 2 people. It warms our living room nicely and is very realistic. Highly recommend.

It assembled fairly easy wouldn't call it a great fitting cabinet the heater did work it only has a high and low setting can adjust temperature having seven different flame settings is pretty worthless you can hardly tell the fan does not hardly blow much so I approached the company about getting a different fireplace and keeping the mantle they were up for it but then they would not tell me what kind of stove they were going to replace it with they wanted everything back as one package so I told them to send me a prepaid mail return label for both they said that they would I waited a few days they asked me to give them my address Amazon does not want you releasing your personal information on their site they can get that from Amazon then they just canceled it on me and I got stuck with it Amazon did make it right with me buyer beware of this seller ... show more
