I like that it’s very efficient, low profile with remote. I bought the 12,000 BTU. However being on the second floor makes installation difficult but still worth having visibility out of my window. More than I’ve paid for any air conditioner (especially since it has to be drained regularly and manually using a bucket ). I’ve only owned it for a few months so, not completely sure yet, it does however cool my bedroom and hall, is very quiet and low profile. AC arrived couple days early! New innovative design with fan and compressor hanging outside makes for a quiet ac!! 12000 btu and cools like a larger unit! Quiet, affordable, and very cold. Best and coldest ac I've ever had!!!

Just received it today and early thank you...instructions say window size 24 x 48 and a 16 inch opening height well not so ...as long as you have a window 20 inches wide and will open 14 inches it'll fit and it works great...so far ...QUIT...and eas set up...would give 5 stars if not for the dent in one corner on outside ... show more

Supuestamente en sus especificaciones dice que es ultra silencioso ; y no es así. Hace mucho ruido y hasta una rejilla metálica que tiene en la parte tracers de la ventana donde sale el aire ; vibra. Por otra parte ; no se donde cuál es el ahorro de energía ; pues mientras está en el modo de “Frio” ; no se detiene la maquinaria aunque llegue a la temperatura deseada.
