After losing my hair to chemo and radiation which I happily did because I am now a cancer survivor, I was left with hair that was both curly and straight and hard to do much with. My stylist recommended the shampoo and conditioner to me and after just a few uses, I saw my hair normalizing. Instead of having random curly areas, I found my hair was becoming more consistently straight so I could dry it in a chin length style( shorter in back, longer on the sides) and not have one side and half of the back curl up while the rest just hung. It also makes my hair much more manageable without being too soft and overconditioned ( read, oily looking). I highly recommend this product and will look into their other ones because of my experience with their shampoo and conditioner. ... show more

    • It arrived without a lid!

The conditioner arrived without a lid. The seal on the product was still intact, but there was no lid to the bottle when I opened the package. How on earth did that get missed. I’m still using it since the seal wasn’t broken and didn’t appear to be tampered with but it’s a bit disconcerting to spend this kind of money and you don’t get a lid to your bottle. How do manage that after you open the product? Good thing I still had my old bottle of conditioner. I just used the lid from that.
