Great style, great fit however the mask refuses to recharge and hold a charge. Because I liked it so much I returned it for another one just thinking that the one I received was faulty. However, it was not the exact same problem occurred with the second one and I returned it and requested a full refund to buy another mask from another company. ... show more

I just celebrated my 4*th (the 2nd digit is a secret 🙊) birthday and my hub decided to pamper me. Oh well, I have to make my own selection of what i really wanted and I decided on this FDA approved, clinical-grade technology, which is also endorsed by dermatologist. I used to do facials when I was living in Asia, but it's so expensive here in the States, I gave up on taking care of my face. 😞 After the 1st pregnancy, I have pigmentation issues and I'm pretty bothered by it. I was hoping that this would help me (Yes, it did!!!) and help with the rejuvenating of my skin. With the hefty the price tag came an exquisite box. Very professional, I can say. I'm also impressed by the website and the app that helps customize the settings. 3 minutes daily treatment is all you need with this wireless, very portable and hands free operation. Do note that you also need to do your part to prep your face before use, but this is way easier (and cheaper) than going for a facial session. Other than using laser treatments to remove blemishes, I'm giving this a try! It's milder (less painful) and works to lighten the blemishes! Takes my skin care up a notch and couldn’t be easier to use. I have tried two other “masks” that were cumbersome and had no real instructions on how to use or timing. The presentation of the item when it arrived was well packaged and elegant in nature. It came with clear instructions on how to use and it only takes 10 minutes a day! It is easy to utilize from the app and fits comfortably and easy to the face you can watch TV, etc while Using the mask. The media could not be loaded. Malfunctions and no product support. I made sure it’s fully charged but the bluetooth still disconnects and red light does not stay in for more than 10 seconds. Sadly I will not be able to know if it will help with skin issues because the product is mechanically not working. Very cheap quality for $400 and I feel robbed. Save your pockets. ... show more

I love all things skincare, however, I don’t have a lot of time to commit to a regimen. This mask is a game changer for me, it only takes 3 minutes a day! I use it nightly before I go to bed. I’ve definitely noticed some improvements in my skin, particularly some dark spots have started to lighten. My skin overall looks and feels better.
