    • Very close to an actual "human hands" foot massage

Wasn't sure how a foot massage machine would help, but at almost 60 years old the general aches and pains from being on my feet all day had me begging for some relief, so I'm glad I decided to get this - my tired and achy feet are actually pretty happy with it! So much so that it lives under my desk at my home office and is used at least once daily. My women's size 9.5W feet fit well with some room to spare for larger and wider feet and because of the way it is built, smaller feet would work just as well. There are multiple settings so that the pressure can be adjusted, so at first the higher settings that fill the bladder to compress your foot were a little too much, but after just a few uses the "squeezing" effect is actually heaven. Between the compression and the kneading massage which I use the most, with the multiple knobs rolling firmly over the entire bottom of my feet, I don't think you can get much closer to an actual "human hands" foot massage so I am very happy with this particular foot massager. It seems well built and should last quite a long time so the expense was justified by the quality as well. The heat settings are not really very noticeably warming, although I do feel my feet are cold if I don't set the heat to the highest setting, so I'm assuming that is the intent of the heat settings available and would say that the heat does work, just not at a very high heat. If I had any complaint, it would be the somewhat loud three beep signal at the end of each massage cycle. The beeps are loud enough to kind of jar me from my relaxation and I think they would wake up someone in the next room. Would love to be able to turn that feature off but I haven't looked into the possibility. Overall, I'm very happy I made this purchase and I'm using it daily! ... show more

    • NO HEAT...No Much Heel Action

Just did the unboxing. I was really looking forward to some heat, a bit of compression, and some kneading massage (especially for my heels). I GOT NADA. Had to shove my women's size 9.5 all the way in just to get a little heel action, but since there are only 2 settings for compression (which is tight or tighter) it was uncomfortable. Then, NO HEAT. The manual states not to run the massage for more than 20 minutes, so if it takes that long for the heat to warm up the massage is over (or did I get a defective unit)? Also, I knew this one had no remote but they need to add one ASAP! ... show more

I have to walk a lot when I go to work every day, which makes my feet ache every day. I am looking for a perfect machine to use on my feet, looking at this machine and buying it, I am very happy. This machine has many modes to adjust and can massage my entire foot, making it very suitable for difficult working days. I like the feeling of using it. It can also massage my feet, which can help them heal. My son plays football and feels better and more stable after using it! Actually, I used other machines before buying this one, but for me, it's too light on my feet and I have already returned it. I had painful plantar fasciitis until buying this in January 2023. I immediately became addicted to using it several times a day because it felt so good! Within a month, my plantar fasciitis was gone!! I kept a bedtime routine of using it every night however, and so I panicked a bit when it stopped working. I contacted the company and they are expediting me another free of charge. I am so thankful & looking forward to it because my plantar fasciitis has begun to return so I really miss this!!
