We purchased this canopy for our Companys' 15yr Celebration instead of renting one. They arrived quickly and everything was perfect! Fast forward to the day of the celebration and setup was a little rough but once we had the top together, everything else was smooth sailing. We decided to leave it up after the party due to poor light for teardown. The next day our area was hit with sustained 30-35mph winds that we were not expecting and our canopy suffered greatly. We reached out to Quictent and were met with such positive and supportive customer service from the very beginning. Summer was amazing and in constant communication with me to get new poles. Quictent replaced the damaged poles for free! Shipped them for free! Followed up every step of the way and gave me tracking numbers to follow the delivery and then contacted me to make sure they arrived, and all was undamaged. The tent is great quality and seems to be very durable. My nephews who are 14 and 15 put it together and didn’t have any issues. I am missing the stakes that go in the ground and the ties for the window panes (I used zipties) I have contacted the seller so they can send the missing parts. I would recommend this tent. Worked well for 35 people, could have fit a few more in. Set up was pretty easy with 3 people; just make sure that you align the wing nuts on the same side of the poles as the spring pins or you will be doing it twice. Two of the connector pieces were slightly bent and needed to be unbent with a pair of pliers prior to assembly. There was also a cosmetic defect in the tent. One of the canvas pieces meant to cover the legs was missing. This doesn't affect the function of the tent and is just cosmetic. We didn't use the side curtains so I cannot comment on those. The storage bags seem to work well for the poles and the canvas but I had to find a large plastic storage container for all of the metal connectors, bungee straps and other small pieces. Overall, it was a decent tent that went together easily, seemed sturdy in light winds and provided shade on a hot July afternoon. ... show more

We had this delivered on Saturday 11/9/2024 we set it up on 11/10/2024 , The poles are weak and not sturdy for the weight of the top , while we had it set up on 11/10/2024 for our event the legs gave out and were bending , we had a breeze blowing and when the legs were giving out the whole tent flipped up and blew into the trees were the tent was set up , the stakes that hold the poles down are not very heavy for all the weight that’s on top to hold it down . It was Complete disappointment and waste of money , Would not recommend at all ... show more

I had ordered this for my daughters graduation party and didn't realize that one of the 3 boxes was not the box for the tent. After realizing Ithis error, I quickly reached out to them letting them know I had some missing parts. They quickly addressed the issue and they had the missing box delivered to me in perfect timing for the party. I am so grateful for their quick response in addressing this issue and helping us have shade for our guest. We received so many complements on how nice and big the tent was. We purchased this tent for our graduation party. It was surprisingly easy to set up and take down. Most importantly it looked great. This year we had another graduate and we were excited to put the tent up. Unfortunately we had record winds. The tent held up really well during a huge storm but we mistakenly secured a few sides inappropriately- four of the poles broke. We contacted customer service and Lynn responded to us immediately. She took good care of us and we had new poles in a few days. I highly recommend the tent and Lynn’s customer service. This is an A+ company and product. ... show more
