We purchased this tent for our graduation party. It was surprisingly easy to set up and take down. Most importantly it looked great. This year we had another graduate and we were excited to put the tent up. Unfortunately we had record winds. The tent held up really well during a huge storm but we mistakenly secured a few sides inappropriately- four of the poles broke. We contacted customer service and Lynn responded to us immediately. I had ordered this for my daughters graduation party and didn't realize that one of the 3 boxes was not the box for the tent. After realizing Ithis error, I quickly reached out to them letting them know I had some missing parts. They quickly addressed the issue and they had the missing box delivered to me in perfect timing for the party. I am so grateful for their quick response in addressing this issue and helping us have shade for our guest. We received so many complements on how nice and big the tent was. Worked well for 35 people, could have fit a few more in. Set up was pretty easy with 3 people; just make sure that you align the wing nuts on the same side of the poles as the spring pins or you will be doing it twice. Two of the connector pieces were slightly bent and needed to be unbent with a pair of pliers prior to assembly. There was also a cosmetic defect in the tent. One of the canvas pieces meant to cover the legs was missing. This doesn't affect the function of the tent and is just cosmetic. We didn't use the side curtains so I cannot comment on those. The storage bags seem to work well for the poles and the canvas but I had to find a large plastic storage container for all of the metal connectors, bungee straps and other small pieces. Overall, it was a decent tent that went together easily, seemed sturdy in light winds and provided shade on a hot July afternoon. ... show more

The tent took 2 people about 1 hour to get set up and you'll definitely need a ladder for the cover. However overall it was pretty easy. We used the tent recently on a cold day but the tent kept my guests and I warm.

Hi everyone I don’t usually write reviews for item that i bought but this is a especially review for Quictent. I bought a 20x20 tent a year ago for my girls party and family events. Long story short the tent got damage and I had like 10 poles ( part ). Well I started looking in different stores to see if I can replace my poles, even on the website, but i couldn’t find any poles for my tent and it was a headache. So I decided to go the main page where I got the tent from ( Quictent) and i started searching about replacing parts. And guess what ??? They have a email that u can contact them and they help u replacing the parts that you need. That was so awesome because u get the right pole for you tent. But what I LOVE MORE was that this company have the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICES. They explain how the replacing process work. And it was so easy. But let me tell you, I hadn’t experienced a customer service like this. And if u buy from this company believe me you don’t have to worry about where u going to get your parts or struggle with bad customer services. Quictent have a fantastic customer service and having this type of people working on customer services, you are going to be a loyal customer for Quictent. Now I waiting on my part to arrive so can start using my tent again ... show more

I purchased my tent to host a women’s tea party. We were able to easily put 7 72” round tables inside the tent. The tent held up through high winds last year. We put it up for the tea this year and discovered a few of the poles didn’t connect easily. I sent an email and received a kind response from Khloee who has been excellent with customer service. She communicated every step of the way. I received replacement poles within a weeks time. I highly recommend this beautiful tent. It is definitely cheaper to purchase than rent. ... show more
