The product itself is wonderful however, you need to check the expiration. After eating many of these and realizing that they were very hard and chewy, I finally checked the expiration when I only had about four left in the box and they were expired from last July. I wish I would’ve checked sooner because I would’ve sent in for an exchange or refund. I love mint but some products stating they are mint flavored don't appeal. These protein bars have the mint flavor down perfectly. The Quest protein bars are very rich so I usually eat a half bar when I am hungry and save the other half until later.
