At first I had a hard time with this pillow. I adapted it and now I can’t sleep without it. My 3 tips to maximize the comfort level are: (1) wash it before you use it. I have sensitive skin and made the mistake of trying it before washing it. Hives/irritation resulted. (2) at least at first, wear long pants with it so your skin doesn’t touch the fabric. This helped me avoid skin irritation until I had worn in the pillow. You can get super soft sleep pants from gap body (3) use it upside down from how the product picture shows. Having the bottom of the U shape under my head didn’t work because it wasn’t enough support for my neck/head. I use it upside down so that I can still use my own pillow. Works great! ... show more

This pillow is amazing!! I wish there was a way to keep the stuffing up by the head better. I just hold it by the feet and shake the fluff down. I also wish it was a little longer. I’m 5’6” and it’s just barely long enough when I have my knees bent but I’d love to straighten my legs out a little more. I love having both sides supported! I bought this because it kept waking me up turning from one side to the other and having to move my knee pillow around under my blankets. Now I can toss and turn without waking up so I’m sleeping much better! I am not pregnant, but need that front and back support. I also like to use the legs under my knees when I sleep on my back to flatten my back out. Overall, I think this pillow is amazing!! The only improvements I’d ask for is a way to keep my fluff when I want it and need it. And make it a little longer so it can be used with my legs stretched out a little longer. ... show more

I love this pillow! I got it pretty early on in pregnancy when I first started having pain in my hips. Now I can't imagine sleeping without it. The firmness is perfect for me, but if you're looking for something really fluffed up and firm, you might be disappointed. This one is more soft and squishy. I got the silky gray version and I really like the material. It's soft and cool to the touch, though I'm not sure I would call it "cooling" -- although maybe I should give the pillow more credit for the fact that I didn't completely melt over this insanely hot summer. ... show more

Not pregnant but I do have chronic pain. This pillow is super comfortable and I can still sleep 3/4ths onto my stomach without issue, which is my sleep sweet spot. (You know, not on the side, not on my stomach, but somewhere in between.) Also, if I curl it up into a sort of rose during the day, it's a comfy bed for my kitty. UPDATE: The seller very kindly reached out to me and apologized. I must have just gotten a defective item because they sent me a new one free of charge and it was absolutely perfect. It was very clean and fluffy and I’m sleeping so comfortably now. It’s the first time in months I’ve actually slept through the night!!! I’m so glad I decided on this pillow. I would 100% recommend!! Thank you Queen for your wonderful customer service! I’m 4 months pregnant and I’m already starting to have pain while sleeping. I was so excited to get this pillow in the mail after doing days of research I thought I finally chose the best one. Unfortunately when I removed the pillowcase to wash it first and at the top of the pillow is this black stain. Not sure what it could be from. The padding is also all separated where my head would go. I’m not sure if it’s because it needs to inflate more but either way I’d rather not chance using a used pillow. Will return. ... show more
