This box will make just about any pairs of 12 sound good. I had purchased a kicker Comprt loaded enclosure that had a passive sub in. I made the mistake of replacing the passive sub with a second active sub. That little box did not have enough airspace to house 2 subs and the sound quality and output suffered tremendously. I purchased this box just to salvage my project and this setup banged. I was blown away by how good this box sounds compared to original enclosure (both before and after I added the 2nd sub). With the shallow mount subs @1000watts rms; The bass was clean and low. This setup was able dig low past its advertised 30hz at 1/3 the power other reviewers are recommending here. But keep in mind that I'm using this in the back of an SUV. Maybe a little different in the trunk of a car. I liked this box so much that eventually upgraded the speakers in it with kicker CompQs @1700 watts. Even louder overall while attacking that 30hz with more authority. This box does respond well to more power. This box is very well built and very heavy. The truck liner finish isn't as rough as it appears in the picture. Its surprisingly smooth to the touch and sparkly when in sunlight You may want to strap this box down because it will slide more so than some carpeted boxes. While it would be a stretch to call this box small; I would consider this box to be compact when compared with some of the larger prefabs that are tuned this low. Best enclosure I've ever used without having one custom built. Its tuned at 30 hz. I'm running 2 12" Crossfire subs that are 800 watts max each. Running 800 watts rms to my subs. Its hitting lows and mid bass very well. At the time I bought the enclosure it was $110. Its definitely worth it! Very loud enclosure without needing crazy power! ... show more

This box is very good quality for a prefab box. Obviously I made some of my own modifications for my install, but it sounds amazing. Running 2 Rockville Punisher 1ohm DVC subscribe and Rockville DB5 comp amp. Big 3 under the hood, and 0 Guage ran to the second battery in the back.

Bought this for my Yukon, Fits nicely behind the 2nd row. My main complaint is that the terminals are cheaply made. Not too big of a deal. A good bang for your buck option.

I went through two pre made boxes one box that was built and he said it was 32 Hz still wasn’t hitting notes that I’m used to hearing on certain songs so I read up on this box said it was tune to 30 Hz all I can say is I wish I bought this box way sooner if you have a set of t112 Rockford fosgate get this box trust me ... show more

Sounds perfect deep lows clean mid bass also and loud. I replaced my other box that was 1.80 cubic ft per chamber and labyrinth venting that was tuned to 36hz which after hearing the difference between this qbomb box I doubt it was tuned to 36hz labyrinth venting sounds great but compared to this qbomb it blows it away. My rockford fosgate p3s are a happy pair of subs now. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Had these speakers in a Kicker box & let me just say that this box is far more better. Ive been looking for a box that had at least 2.0-2.25 cu ft & this was perfect. I already messed up backup camera because of how the hard the bass hits. Love it! I bought a dual 10 inch about 2 years ago but 1 of the subs blew out & even that box made my speakers hit harder & louder. QBomb has earned a customer for sure.
