My kids are very rambunctious and can tear up something like a punching bag within the first couple of times playing with it. I'm not proud of this but I'm not exaggerating either. So seeing this I was a bit apprehensive about getting it for my boys bc I dont like to waste my money! Luckily, this is from a brand that has taken pride in their product and made a high quality bag! The top half will spin once your child makes contact with the target. The bottom half stays in position and if set up correctly and weighted down with water and air r will stabilize the entire bag and your kids can go to town on it. I was very surprised to see my boys really give it their all and for hours at that, without causing any damage. This was not only a first but probably proves to be one of.the best purchases I've ever made for my kids. No lie!! They absolutely love it. To find something that can get them exercising and off their phones, outside and active is such an important thing these days. So glad I found it. A huge win for this Mom!! Highly highly recommend. It's larger than me...I'm 5'6''. My son and boyfriend love playing with it. It comes with boxing gloves and a cute note to the parents and the child. I thought that was a nice touch. There are fabric stickers if there is a hole that pops up in your toy. I like that it came with the pump and it didn't take long to pump up at all - 10 minutes at most for me. I like that you can also fill the base with water (highly recommend). My son is 3 and enjoys it. I got this instead of an actual punching bag since it would be a small child using it at the start of their martial arts journey. I like that this comes with all the basic needs to get you going. That aside until you fill it up with water or sand It isn't super usable. Water is convenient but can get messy if/when a leak appears so I would recommend the sand option since it tends to be an easier cleanup with less damage. The top spinner part is a nice touch and does allow for a little more active activity. I've had some of these in the past and they do wear out but as a beginning item for a child, this is a good starting point. ... show more

This thing is big and tough and looks kinda like Frankenstein! It's way sturdier than I was expecting. My 4 and 9 year olds love it, but i've taken more than a few swings at it myself, and it's pretty fun! The top half is on bearings and spins really easily. It wasn't too bad getting the base filled with water, I just put the hose nozzle up to it and it took a few minutes. The valves on it are big and durable, very large for rapid inflation / filling. They seal up super strong with double seals. This punching bag is a big hit with the whole family, lots of fun and a good way for the kids to burn some energy. ... show more

I would definitely recommend this to anyone with kids who need help getting that extra energy out! I got it for my 4 year old who has ADHD and is ALWAYS going. he loves it! He'll even jump up and punch the top spinner. The quality is great, the pump works great and it also came with a rubber bracelet that says "fight for love" and extra patches just in case. The gloves are great quality too! It says to fill the base with 5-6 gallons of water and then fill with air. We went with 6 gallons and my son can still tip it over so I may try just filling it as much as I can with water. But either way, 5 stars and would highly recommend! ... show more
