Let me first start out by saying I have two dogs. One of them is a puppy and the other one is a chihuahua/ Maltese mix. My puppy went straight to the pad within 1 minute of taking it out of the package and laying it on the floor and peed on it. 🤔I’m like well I guess they are working. My other dog however thought it was a nice carpet and I’ve always told him not to pee on the carpet when I was house training him. These pads are beautiful and the quality and colors are everything. They aren’t that thick so I’m thinking this may be a problem. Well, it isn’t not one bit. My larger dog finally made his way to pee on the pad and it didn’t leak at all. I have no idea what this material is made of but it is durable and magical. You can’t even see where the dog urinates at. I mean the thickness isn’t there but they hold an immense amount of urine. My dog urinates and then it just gets absorbed by the pad. Gone within seconds. You don’t smell the urine at all around where the pad is. I left the pad down for 3 days and then changed it. It wasn’t because it looked soiled because it didn’t. It was just as clean as the first day I put it down. This is some type of magical material and I’m loving it. I couldn’t smell the urine until I actually picked the pad up and held it to my nose. I couldn’t believe it, there was a ton of urine in that pad. I couldn’t smell it until I got it right up to my nose. This is a great value for the money. Those paper/ plastic pads could never compare to these pee pads. They are beautiful, durable, and compliment your room. They don’t look out of place and they actually look just like throw rugs because of the material they are made out of. My puppy loves them and just runs around the house and stops to pee on the pad and keeps playing. You really need to buy these and you will be so glad that you did. They wash up so well. I washed it in cold water and dried them and they came out looking brand new. No fading, stretching, shedding or peeling. Recommend 100% I wish I could give them 10 stars. This product has saved my sanity. I have 4 pups that are home from 9-5 everyday except the weekend. They use them. I love the fact I can wash them with detergent and sanitizer and either put in dryer or hang out to dry. They are very absorbent. The size is in accommodating sizes for your home. I really like the fact that this rug looks so nice on my office floor. I love that it's waterproof and stays in place. Knowing that it is for my dog but looks so much better than the normal pee pad works for me. I also love the fact that it's washable. My dog is fully trained but if he has an accident it's always in my office (he's consistent), so for me it's really a nice way to have some protection there that is also esthetically pleasing. I also appreciate the overall price considering you get two of them. Saves me money over time. I was pleasantly impressed with this rug. It looks really nice. It has a non slip backing that actually works. I will be using it for 2 Havanese puppies. So I tested the water proofing with 1/2 cup of water. The reason I only gave this rug 4 stars instead of 5 was due to the slow wicking. The water sat on top longer than I would like. However, it did eventually absorb and wicked away from top. The underside was completely dry. I would definitely recommend for small peeing dogs but larger ones it might be a bit messy if it takes a few mins to absorb. Something to think about. UPDATE: Just wanted to do an update to let you know I reached out to customer service because I was not sure if you could use fabric softener on these pads because others I've had said you could not. Same here, don't use fabric softener. They said it would make them less absorbent. They were quick and professional in their response. They are keeping that 5 star review alive with me! I hated having to use the standard disposable puppy pads because they just looked so poorly in the house. Even looked more unsanitary. But these Pupiboo washable dog pee pads are fantastic. So glad I found them. They even look more sanitary (come on, we know what’s on them-but at least it’s not as noticeable). I use these for a 5 year old Shih Tzu that was stubborn about going outside from the start, but would use a puppy pad like a champ for me, so here we are. The weight of the pad is nice and has little grips on the bottom that help it stay in place. They are very absorbent and seem like they are going to hold up very well. I have washed them several times and they still look like new. Any odors wash out well, but I often use a cap full of odor and stain remover with no effect to them. I bought the original two just to try them. I’ve been so happy with them that I just bought two more. Bye-bye ugly disposable puppy pads, hello reusable pads that are saving me money! ... show more

I loved everything about these pet pads! They’re very pretty, work well, easily washable, durable, and even multi-purpose. (Our puppy house trained really easily, so now I use them as little rugs for him to lay on.) I have washed all 3 of them about 10 times each, and they still look great and the waterproof backing is still intact. I would purchase these again, and I would also recommend them to others.
