I got the pro because it’s not inflatable. The bag is harder so will build some good impact resistance to your hands. It’s a long base so the reflex is a bit slower than the cobra style. Still good for some simple training. If you are flexible and cautious you can use it for kicking drills. Don’t get caught up doing hooks against the pipe lol This isn’t for power striking. I got this after a science article said a boxing bag is good exercise, and this one fills the bill. It is good indoors and outdoors. It acts like a mild exercise and is even fun to do although it scares my smaller dogs a little. The bulky included gloves help more.

They were quick to act, and rather than send the entire set back for replacement, they sent a new bag to me in 4 days. I bought this bag for my youngest, who is a small 12 year old. The setup is very easy to build. The spring and the way it’s holding the punching bag are not stiff. The metal is cheap; over time, the bag bolt that’s holding the punching bag is going to stress out, causing it to break off and not hold in place. The spring is not in good condition.
