Seen it in the box I didn’t think that it would be a very good quality. Once we took it out, blew it up and added water to it. I was very pleasantly surprised you can hit it hard and it won’t flop around, it bounces right back. I highly recommend.

This punching bag uses a combination of water and air. There is a bottom weight that is filled with water. It holds a ton of water. For me, the sink wasn’t a practical way to fill it. Instead, I used my bathtub which worked a lot better. I did get water on the outside but towel dried that afterwards. You will want to fill it with water first and then add air. Again, it’s a lot of water and it does get heavy. It doesn’t hurt to be close to the area you want to inflate it just so you don’t have to move it too much. The air portion is divided into two sections, the large, punching bag, as well as the smaller piece on top of the weight. I would absolutely recommend using an automatic, electric inflator. Again, same with the water, it’s a lot of air. Also, you want to make sure that it’s full enough that it provides that good spring back action. I was very pleased with the size once it’s completely inflated. It’s a good size for multiple kids to play on. I haven’t had punching bags last with the kids. Of course, these are all kid quality and not necessarily professional quality. That being said, the price is much more reasonable than those used by adults. So far, this one is continuing to hold up. I have been waiting to write this review because I wanted to see how long it would stay in tip top shape. My kids have been rough on it. They punch it, kick it, even sit on it. We have had zero issues and no holes. I am hoping that it continues to last and will stand the pressure put on it by the kids. It’s a really fun source of entertainment as well as exercise. My kids enjoy it and again as long as it lasts it’s worth it. It’s just hard to want to pay over $100 for a punching bag of professional quality. This punching bag has held up very well but I do plan on updating this review as soon as or if there is any issue or popping occurs. I am feeling encouraged though so far about its quality.
