The media could not be loaded. i absolutely love this air pump, it worked perfectly for what i wanted it for (a 0.5 gallon brine shrimp aquarium) and adds a lot that was missing to the tank. the packaging did however come damaged, with some sort of greasy substance on it that caused a bit of rust on the usb (that i was able to clean). if you're using it for anything larger than a 10 gallon i would steer away from it if you're going to use it mostly/fully for the air stone functionality since the bubble stream is relatively weak. the cord was a little short, but i was able to make it work. overall, i would definitely suggest this product, especially for a small tank like mine :) ... show more

I'm not sure when I actually bought this, but I only just started using it about 2 months ago and it already doesn't work. No bubbles come out and the light is so bright it scares my fish. It did work for about a month then nothing. (The light still works)

I love the idea. I had a bubbler tube and stone, so thought this would work in my small tank. I plugged in the unit, using my own bubbler on the optional bubbler connection port. No air flow. Nothing. And the lights don't change or pulsate or anything - the lights are just on. From what I can tell, I received a unit that doesn't do what it's purported to do. Used this light in my 10 gal betta tank. Not using the bubbler so don't know how good that is. My tank gets a lot of sunlight so I don't need a very powerful light. Works for what I need and has cool colors.
