We loved it. Just gave out yesterday. Officially a year and a month of use. Might just buy a manual one but the easy of having the pump do it vs straining your arm. It was nice while it lasted.

This pump is really efficient, haven’t even made it to charge it yet and I have had it for at least a month. I always put tape around it just to make sure nothing gets down in there in any kind of way, but if it’s pretty good.

It works great, the battery last a long time. There is one problem with it, it doesn't fit well on the 5 gallon can. I was able to rig it by putting a zip lock bag and poking a hole in for the hose. Other than that its perfect for the price.

Ok so the sprdict says u need a jug with a lid and it is important to know it does work without it. I purchased some rubber lids that I wish I would have purchased a long time ago... the rubber lid keeps it on tight! But it sits just fine without it. All in all it's a good product. We have a well and prefer to buy 4-5 gallon bottles of water. This item is perfect for use with them. Only thing I don’t like is the short charging cord. Longer would be much more convenient. Otherwise it is a good choice.

I recently purchased this product, and so far I really love it. It is easy to use, and dispense the water greatly. My only problem so far is the noise. It's not really bad, but some nights when you lease expect it get a little annoying. It does not dispense different temperature water.!!!!!!!! I thought otherwise lolll.
